OshKosh B'Gosh Customer Service Issues

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at the Oshkosh Gilroy Outlet store today. While I understand the importance of following rules like wearing masks, my 2-year-old daughter has autism and struggles to comply. Despite my attempts to address the situation, an employee was quite rude and insisted that we leave, even as I was in the middle of checking out. My husband and I promptly took our daughter out of the store, yet the employee continued to treat me poorly. I felt that the employee lacked empathy and could have handled the situation more compassionately, given our efforts to comply with the rules. Though we followed the regulations by wearing masks, the way we were treated was disappointing, and as a result, we won't be returning to shop at your store in the future.

Good morning, I am reaching out to customer service across various channels seeking assistance with an issue I encountered. As a loyal customer of Oshkosh and Carter’s, I regularly purchase snowsuits for my children towards the end of winter to take advantage of discounts. Last year, as usual, I bought snowsuits for my two children. On November 28th, following the season's first snowfall, my son wore his new snowsuit. Sadly, within the first week, the hood of his coat tore because the stitching came undone. I am contacting customer service in hopes of finding a resolution to this matter, as this issue arose after just one week of use. I trust the high quality of your products and believe this may have been a production error.
