I recently bought an I Relax Handheld Massager SM1002, but I encountered issues with the charging process. The charger light kept going off, and after managing to charge it once, it only lasted for two months. When I tried to charge it again, the cord had a break near the A/C adapter, making it impossible to use. Unfortunately, Amazon couldn't assist me with this problem. It's disappointing to have a massager that I can't use due to a faulty charging cord. If your company could provide a solution, I would greatly appreciate it. I purchased a THN132N outdoor temperature sensor from Oregon Scientific, Inc. in early October. After discovering it didn't synchronize with the indoor master unit due to a possible fault, I promptly returned it and requested a refund. Despite numerous attempts to reach them - including calls to [redacted] and messages through their website - I have been unable to get through.
The Oregon Scientific Store (distinct from Oregon Scientific, Inc.) advised me to reject the FedEx delivery from Commerce City, California, to receive my refund. It is frustrating that their website seems to be malfunctioning, adding to the difficulty of resolving this issue and securing my reimbursement.

I made an online purchase on 12/15/18 from Oregon Scientific Store, order number [redacted]4, for a color wireless weather station, BAR2065, priced at $59.99. Despite the website's promise of "Free Shipping on $19.99+ Purchases," I was charged $6.95 for shipping as shown on my receipt. I have attempted to contact them at [redacted], as indicated on the website and my receipt, but the line has been consistently unreachable during their listed hours. I have also emailed them at [redacted] multiple times with no response.

Subject: Issue with Amazon Weather Station Replacement
I purchased an Amazon weather station on 10/3/18 as a replacement for my previous model. I've had this system for over a decade with no major issues until now. The new unit, installed on 10/4, started showing a flashing display on 11/30. Despite trying to troubleshoot by resetting the main unit and sensor, the problem persisted on 12/14, 1/1, and 1/2. On 1/12 and 1/13, the rainfall readings became erratic without any flashing display, and the display showed incorrect measurements. Even on 1/14, the display fluctuated with weather changes.
I've been attempting to contact customer service since 1/3 with no success. I am looking to replace both the sensor and display. Please provide guidance on how to proceed with the replacements and where I can email the proof of purchase.

We are unable to pair our outside temperature sensor with the base unit we received in a raffle. Unfortunately, we do not have a receipt for it, so we can't exchange it. The customer service number provided in the manual (1-[redacted]) is not working. We have attempted to reset it by replacing the batteries, as two of the originals were leaking. We took out all batteries, installed new ones in the temperature sending unit, pressed the reset button, then did the same with the base unit. Both units were set to channel 1, and we pressed the search button on the base. It will pair when the sending unit is right next to the base, but disconnects when moved about 5 feet away. We would appreciate a replacement for the sending unit, unless the issue lies with the base, in which case we may need a replacement for the entire unit.

Our external temperature sensor is not connecting to our base unit. We won this in a raffle, so unfortunately, we do not have a receipt for an exchange. Additionally, the customer service hotline listed (1-[redacted]) in the manual is not operational. We attempted to reset the units by starting with fresh batteries due to leaks in the initial ones. We inserted the batteries in the temperature transmitter, reset it, then did the same for the base unit. Both were set to channel 1, and we pressed the search button on the base unit, but the connection is only stable when the units are very close. Moving the sensor just a few feet away causes it to disconnect.

I have not received any updates regarding my status claim. Recent heavy rains have highlighted the pressing need for a functional rain gauge.
I purchased an Oregon Scientific Wireless Rain Gauge Weather Station with Remote Sensor-Temperature Readings on July 18, [redacted], through Amazon (Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted]). Recently, the temperature display on the digital unit has been continuously flashing despite battery changes and reset attempts on both the sensor and display units. While the temperature readings are accurate, the issue with the display persists.
I have diligently followed the troubleshooting steps online to no avail. Thus, I kindly request a warranty replacement for a new unit to address this issue promptly.

I'm seeking advice on troubleshooting my BAR208HGA Advanced Weather Station with Atomic Time. The main indoor unit stopped displaying outdoor temperature and humidity, despite still showing the atomic clock time and other data. I have replaced the batteries in both the indoor unit and outdoor sensor, reset the sensor, and placed both units next to each other indoors. However, the outdoor readings are still not being received by the main unit. Both units are correctly set to transmit and receive from Sensor #1. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the wireless rain monitor (RGR 126N) from Amazon in September to replace my old Oregon Scientific rain monitor with the same model number because the remote sensor stopped working. As the price difference was minimal, I chose to buy the complete unit.
My issue is that the new unit's wireless rain monitor does not show rainfall amounts, only the temperature and time functions are working. I am currently using the previous monitor for rainfall recordings.
I emailed you about this matter nearly a month ago but haven't received any response. Can you please either send me a new wireless rain monitor or refund the unit's cost?

Today, the area showing "0.00" blinks continuously on my RGR126 model. I've reset both units and changed the batteries, but the issue persists. Despite numerous attempts, the problem remains unresolved. I have come across similar complaints online, and feeling frustrated by the lack of solutions, I have decided to dispose of the product. It has been functioning well for a decade until now, which seems to be a prevalent issue among users. Attempts to contact customer service via phone have been unsuccessful as the line is constantly busy.

I own an Oregon Scientific weather station model BAR206A. All functions work well except for the indoor humidity sensor. While three other devices show 34 to 38% humidity, the Oregon Scientific instrument displays only 25 to 26%. The unit is not new, so I suspect the sensor inside may be worn out or dirty. I would appreciate any advice on how to recalibrate it. Thank you.

I encountered a minor issue with one of your products and sought assistance by calling your customer support line. Unfortunately, the number connected me to a SPAM service attempting to sell a Medical Alert system. When I tried another number, it was constantly busy. Due to these deceptive practices, I will not be making any future purchases from your company, nor will I recommend it to others. I feel it is important to inform everyone I know about this experience.

I am having trouble turning on the DST function on my four-month-old RM338PA_W clock. It previously showed the function on, but the time was off by an hour. When I tried to reset it, I turned off the DST function thinking it was set incorrectly. However, I couldn't turn it back on after realizing the time didn't change. I attempted methods like removing the battery, pressing the Reset button, and more, but nothing worked. Unfortunately, I can't locate the original instructions, and the online support only references a European model that does not mention the DST function. I've tried contacting support, but it seems the line is constantly busy.

I purchased an Oregon Scientific Wireless Indoor and Outdoor Thermometer in November [redacted] from Target, and it has been reliable. Recently, after replacing the batteries, I only see horizontal lines instead of the outdoor temperature. I have tried troubleshooting with the manuals, but I couldn't fix the issue. When contacting customer support, I got stuck in a loop redirecting me to the manuals. The chatbot was not helpful either. I have a quick question that I believe could be resolved in 5 minutes. I prefer the model Weather [redacted] (EMR201) for its mount on the range hood, unlike newer models that sit on counters or walls. I recently purchased a new Oregon Scientific weather station BAR218HG. I installed fresh alkaline batteries, but after approximately 10 minutes, the screen freezes. To restart, I have to remove the batteries and reset the unit. It operates again for 10 minutes before freezing once more. Can you provide any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I reside in New Zealand, and the product was bought on eBay from the UK. Is it possible that it was damaged during shipping? I would be grateful for any assistance.

It has switched off. I removed the batteries, disconnected everything. I read on some information about other models that each time the batteries are removed, a RESET needs to be done. This model does not have a reset, how can it be done? Reconnected first with the batteries and then to power, but it doesn't pick up the Wireless signal for the time. When the bottom part (which contains the batteries) is closed, if pushed all the way down it sticks, one must go back a couple of mm and it turns back on (of course having to reset everything). How does one mute the voice ringtone? How do you get there, as it is at the bottom right? The selection with "select" does not reach that position but by operating "select" and mode I see (struggling quite a bit) that sometimes the speaker signals etc. start flashing, how do you deactivate them? I've had a projection bedroom clock, the Oregon Scientific model 'RMR606HGPA,' for quite some time. Over the last six to eight months, it has displayed the wrong hour digit by three or four numbers on two occasions. Initially, I thought it was a one-time issue, but now I'm concerned about its reliability.

We have a Oregon Scientific 3D massage seat WS912 heated massage chair that has recently stopped working. I have noticed that when the product is plugged in, the remote control continuously shows "READY," but the device does not function.
