I applied for unemployment benefits on 3/20/20 after being laid off by Arion Global in California due to the statewide stay-at-home order. The company could not provide a return date. As a sales rep working from Oregon, my employer paid Oregon taxes and presumably Oregon Unemployment Insurance.
On 4/24/20, I received a letter dated 4/22/20 from OED stating I didn't qualify based on my work history from 12/2/19 to 3/20/20. I was informed I might be eligible for an alternative base year claim.
I have 10 days to request a redetermination or hearing, but I've been unable to reach OED by phone. How should I contact them?

For the last 5 weeks, I have been receiving letters telling me to restart my active claim. Despite my efforts, I can't reach anyone by phone, and the emails I send rarely receive relevant responses. I keep claiming weeks even though I've used up my benefits because my initial claim status remains active until 05/31/[redacted]. I have faxed back all the requested information to the designated number and field office, as stated in the letters. My Claim ID is [redacted], and I'm Keith Gray. I've tried calling numerous times at [redacted]. Please contact me via phone to confirm if my faxes were received and provide details on when the PEUC program will be operational. I would appreciate clarity on when retroactive payments will begin once the PEUC is in effect, according to the emails I have received. I am concerned about my financial situation, as I can't pay rent or return to Oregon for a job opportunity. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since March 23, I've been attempting to contact 1-[redacted] to obtain the necessary PIN for filing my initial claim week, as it was not provided when I spoke with them on March 21. Despite receiving the Wage and Potential Benefit Report on 03/24/[redacted], my attempts to set a PIN online were unsuccessful due to a mismatch in my information. I am currently unable to proceed with filing and unsure if I need to restart the claim process. I also noticed another contact number, [redacted], on the benefit report for reporting missing or incorrect information. If you have advice on how to reach a live person or perhaps escalate to a supervisor for further assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I reside in Washington State and worked remotely for an employer based in Oregon from July 20, [redacted] to December 1, [redacted]. On the Oregon Unemployment Claim form, there is a question regarding living in a different state and commuting to Oregon for work. I can confirm that I lived in another state but did not have a regular commute to Oregon for work during this time. How should I accurately respond to this question on the application?

I need assistance transferring my benefits from a ReliaCard to my bank account. My account got frozen by ReliaCard, claiming my passphrase and password were incorrect. However, I am certain I input the correct information. Despite providing a copy of my records, the lady insisted it was wrong. This issue has persisted for almost a month, preventing me from accessing my benefits. I am feeling increasingly upset as bills are piling up, and my phone service has been disconnected. Additionally, I have children's birthdays approaching, and I am unable to buy them gifts due to the lack of access to my funds.
