Hello, I'm Craig Bussey, an instructor for AARP Driver Safety. Recently, I've had multiple individuals express struggles with taking the Oregon Knowledge Test, particularly seniors who find the computer format intimidating. While I acknowledge the DMV's shift towards electronic testing, some people struggle with technology. Is there a possibility for applicants to request a written knowledge test as an accommodation? If so, how can one make such a request? If not, what alternatives are available for individuals who are not comfortable with computer-based tests? Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Craig Bussey.

Hello, I'm Michael McPherson. I wanted to share my recent experience involving a traffic violation notice from ODOT (Letter ID- L[redacted]2). Upon receiving the notice, I visited the courthouse in Grants Pass to investigate a ticket issued by Officer Ryan Brand that I had no knowledge of. It turns out that someone, Marcus Yeoman, used my identity during a traffic stop to avoid his own warrants. After discussing this with Officer Brand, I provided necessary documents to ODOT to clear my name, even faxing over proof of insurance and the citation. Despite this, my license was still showing as suspended on the DMV website. I'm reaching out for assistance to lift the suspension promptly since I have fulfilled all requirements specified in the notice. Thank you for your help.

The new owner of a motorhome reached out to inquire about the title transfer, which had not been received. I checked my records on DMV2U and found that the notice of sale I submitted had not been processed. The VIN is 1FDXE40S5WHB94846, with the sellers listed as Ken and Lynda Dickson, and the buyer as Janette Kathryn Haley, with the sale date being 11/11/[redacted]. Ken and Lynda Dickson just got the title transferred to their name after resolving an issue with the previous owner through the DMV. Both parties have submitted the necessary documents, but the title transfer process seems to be delayed, causing confusion for all involved.

I am inquiring about the form [redacted] that I submitted for the motor home with plate number HC13516 and VIN 1FDXE40S5WHB94846. I filled out the form right after the sale but have not seen it reflected on my DMV2U account. I remember sending the form by mail, and I also think I tried submitting it through the DMV2U website. Recently, the new buyer called asking if the title was mistakenly sent to us. I was under the impression that all necessary steps were completed when I submitted the form, so I did not follow up. I seek assistance in confirming the status of my submission. Thank you, Lynda Dickson
