OnePlus Customer Service Issues

Hello, I have been using the OnePlus 9R mobile for the past 1.5 years, and recently encountered a green line issue after a software update. OnePlus acknowledged this problem affecting several users and offered screen replacements. When I visited the authorized service center in Salem, they confirmed the screen replacement but stated it would take a minimum of 30 days, which was inconvenient for me due to work requirements. They suggested going to Chennai or Bangalore for a quicker resolution. I later visited another authorized service center near Electronic City in Bangalore, where they informed me about a charge of [redacted] rupees for a software downgrade to address the issue, which surprised me as the screen replacement was supposed to be free. Upon contacting OnePlus customer care, the online pickup service was not available in my area, leaving me unsure of what steps to take. I invested a significant amount in purchasing this mobile, only to face this unexpected issue. Dealing with poor customer service and unexpected charges has been frustrating, and the whole experience has made me reconsider my choice of OnePlus as a brand.

I have been using the OnePlus Nord for the past three years. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing network issues for the past year and a half. The system does not display the call pickup or drop options when I receive a call. I purchased this expensive phone hoping it would simplify my life, but it has been quite the opposite. I am disappointed with the OnePlus company for not producing a more functional smartphone. The OnePlus Nord is the most expensive and least useful smartphone I have ever owned.
