Hello, I recently received a partial order which left me extremely disappointed. I believed I was purchasing a bust planter, but it seems I received a half planter that can barely accommodate a child's hand, let alone a plant. I find it misleading as there was only one picture provided, and it did not clearly depict the flat shape and small planting area. The design flaw, like the big chunk missing from the face, should have been disclosed or shown in the images. I suggest displaying the product with and without items for a better understanding of what customers are receiving. Given the price of over $[redacted], transparency is crucial. I have other items in my order and would like to cancel them. It's disappointing as I shopped extensively for head planters and did not expect this experience from your company.
