I placed an order for The Complete Collection of The Little House on the Prairie. I received the correct items, but they came in the wrong packaging. Instead of the house-shaped box set I ordered, I received the standard box set. I paid nearly $40 more for the unique packaging, whereas I could purchase the regular box set elsewhere for $50. I am disappointed because I was willing to pay extra for the special packaging. Please consider either reimbursing me the price difference or I will return the entire set for a full refund. I have not opened the package yet, so it remains untouched if I do not receive a response. Thank you.

For the past few months, I have been trying to get an issue resolved with no results. I received the wrong DVD in my order (#[redacted]). Instead of receiving The Whispering Shadow V.2, I was sent The Lost Jungle V.2. I contacted Oldies and was promised a prepaid return label to send back the incorrect disc. After weeks of waiting with no label, I called again and spoke with Mickey. He said he would inform his supervisor of the issue, but I have still not received the label. As this was Oldies' mistake, I am not willing to cover the return shipment cost of the incorrect disc. All I am asking for is a prepaid return label so I can return the wrong disc and receive the correct one. Thank you.

Around two weeks ago, my recent purchase from Oldies arrived. I ordered two CDs, specifically "ZNOT [redacted] - Best of Nat King Cole" and "ZITA [redacted] - Bette Midler: A Gift of Love." However, upon opening the package, I immediately noticed a mistake. The Bette Midler CD was there, but the Nat King Cole CD was missing, and instead, there was a CD titled "Runnin' Wild: The Everest Records Story." I contacted the customer service number and spoke with a representative about this issue, who mentioned sending a mailing label and instructions. It has been two weeks, and I am yet to receive any follow-up. I have been a loyal customer of Oldies for years and have never encountered such a problem before. This error is truly disappointing and I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you, Simon H.
