Oklahoma City Thunder Customer Service Issues

I apologize for the lengthy message. My name is Amy C. and my husband and I used to not follow basketball until the Thunder came to Oklahoma. Russell Westbrook caught our attention with his respect for the game and team spirit. We now watch every Thunder game. Recently, I contacted the corporate office to arrange a signed picture and birthday wish for my wife. Despite being promised these items, we have not received them after two weeks. The office mentioned issues with the pictures, and uncertainty if Russell received our letter. The inconsistent information and lack of friendliness from their staff is disappointing. We seek a call from upper management to address these concerns. While we still support the Thunder, their current treatment of fans may affect our loyalty. Thank you for your attention.
