I completed an offer on the Offertoro offerwall expecting to receive rewards points worth $6. However, despite following the instructions, I did not receive the points. It has been over 5 days since this happened, and I have not received any response after raising a support ticket with the offerwall.
I ended up spending around $20 on in-app purchases to complete this offer and was looking forward to using the rewards points to offset these expenses. I am disappointed by the lack of points as they were the reason I invested money and time into this.
I am beginning to wonder if Offertoro is deliberately promoting offers to deceive users into completing them, profiting from advertisers for each completion. The complete absence of response from them is concerning, especially considering the amount of money and time I have already invested in this.

I am contacting you about the points I have earned on my computer and mobile phone through the link provided via email. I also have points in another account linked to my email [redacted], which I can't recall the name of. Can you please send or deposit the money through PayPal? I completed an offer on OfferToro, but I have not received my reward yet. I reached out to them via email but have not heard back for 3 days. I followed all the instructions for the offer to reach level [redacted] in 3 Tiles: Tile Connect and Block Matching Puzzle within 12 days, but I completed it in just 5 days. Despite having proof of completion, I still have not received the [redacted] R$ reward from the website rbx.gg. Many reviews mention the organization's lack of communication and reward distribution. I completed an offer on Free Cash for two items, one for Kasamba Psychics. Even after submitting several tickets with all the required pictures indicating my completion, I have not received any response. Similarly, I finished an offer for Qapital as instructed, received the debit card, and the account remains open, yet no one has acknowledged completion on their end. There are other offers pending, although I don't have the names at the moment. I've reached out, but they claim they have no record of my participation, which is perplexing since the status shows as "in progress." Despite providing evidence through emails and images, no assistance has been provided. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding payment. This issue extends to other offers from Toro, like Web Defender, all showing as "in progress" while receiving no acknowledgement of my efforts. Free Cash appears to be consistently disregarding my completion status, potentially due to an honest review I submitted. Attempts to contact by phone have been futile, resulting in a single ring before disconnecting.

I completed an offer on MM Wall through their partner Offertoro, but I have not received my reward. I submitted a missing reward message to MM Wall, and they informed me that they have forwarded my inquiry to Offertoro. Offertoro then confirmed that they received my message about the missing reward and stated they would respond within 5 business days. It has now been 10 days, and I have not received any further communication from them.
