Two individuals visited my residence to inspect my vehicle's windshield, suggesting it had damage potentially caused by rocks from a truck ahead. They claimed I could have it replaced for free through insurance with no impact on my rates. Skeptical, I questioned them and allowed them to prepare the paperwork. After their departure, I researched the process online. I no longer wish to have any of my vehicle's windshields replaced. My name is Teresa Robinson of [redacted] 28th Street SW, Lehigh Acres, FL [redacted]. The vehicles in question are a [redacted] Equinox and a [redacted] Ford F150.

I'm Earlene W., a 72-year-old who recently underwent back surgery just before hurricane Ida struck. I filed a claim with Ocean Harbor on September 1st, expecting a claim adjuster within 48 hours. It's now been about 16 days, and the adjuster hasn't shown up. Unlike others with Ocean Harbor insurance, my situation remains unassessed. With my daughter hosting six others at her place, I can't access my home for therapy due to the post-hurricane chaos. Today, the electricity resumed, but water damage in three light fixtures makes it unsafe to turn on. Perhaps my mortgage company, Chase, could assist in locating an adjuster. Please contact me at [redacted] regarding the property at [redacted] Merrill Drive, Houma, Louisiana, [redacted].

I recently paid nearly $[redacted] as a down payment for full coverage insurance on a car I purchased from a buy here pay here dealership in Apopka, Florida on December 29th. During the payment, I was led to believe that it would cover me for at least 30 days, with my monthly payments starting the following month. However, my attempts to communicate with the insurance provider referred to me by the dealership were futile, and my insurance lapsed at the end of January. Consequently, the car was repossessed on January 30th despite my first payment not being due until February 2nd. I am perplexed by this situation and urgently require assistance to resolve it. I possess a receipt for the insurance payment made in cash to the dealership simultaneously with the vehicle's down payment.

I called the number provided to make my payment around noon today. I utilized my routing and account number to avoid the $6 charge for using a debit card. I provided all the necessary information to the representative and was advised that the payment went through successfully. However, my bank statement does not indicate any payment made to them. I am concerned about my policy being canceled or experiencing issues with coverage or my bank account. I did not receive a confirmation number or email receipt. When I tried to create an account on the website, it indicated that my policy number on my ID card is incorrect. I urgently need to ensure this payment goes through and am worried about who has my bank information. Thank you. - Leah L.
