ObiTalk Customer Service Issues

I recently bought the Obi2 device a month ago and it was working perfectly until now. Suddenly, it's not allowing me to make outgoing calls. After dialing a number, I receive a recording stating that the number I dialed is not getting a response from the server. I suspect it might be an IP address issue. I attempted to resolve it by resetting the modem, as suggested in my research, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I have already submitted a ticket to Obitalk a couple of hours ago, but I have yet to receive a response. I believe it should be a simple fix, yet I require assistance from someone knowledgeable in this matter.
