I recently bought a sofa that has been delayed for two weeks. It was stuck at a warehouse in Stockton, CA. After contacting the shipper, AM Hold Delivery, we were informed that they have no drivers and no plans to deliver our furniture, with no defined timeline if they do. This situation is causing major inconvenience as we need the couch for an upcoming event. To resolve the issue, we had to send someone to the warehouse and rent a truck. Unfortunately, upon arrival, only half of the couch was there due to a mistake by OJ Commerce. This experience has been frustrating and a waste of our time and resources. We are currently at the warehouse of AM Delivery and are wondering where our complete item is. The lack of communication and mismanagement of our delivery is extremely disappointing.
