I am facing difficulties locating my purchase history since I was employed at O'Reilly's when I made the purchases. I can provide my Employment ID# [redacted], phone number #[redacted], and Cindy V. from Store #[redacted]. I am seeking information on a few items I bought for my previous vehicle, which I no longer own, and would like to exchange them for parts for my current vehicle or get a refund if possible. The items I need help with from my purchase history are: - Part #[redacted] NGK Spark Plugs x5 (PLFR5A-11) - Part #[redacted]-[redacted] Dorman Window Regulator & Motor These parts are for a [redacted] Nissan Armada.

In November [redacted], I bought a 4.7 long block, new water pump, radiator, and other components from O'Reilly in Corpus Christi, Tx, and kept all receipts. Unfortunately, the new engine developed issues by October [redacted], with coolant mixing in the motor oil and rough running. I returned it to the store, and it was sent to PowerTorque in February [redacted] with claim #[redacted] as instructed. Despite intact heat tabs and no signs of overheating, PowerTorque declined to honor the warranty. A technician found damaged valves due to high temperatures in one combustion chamber. My main goal is to resolve this situation promptly so I can get my truck back on the road and resume work as a self-employed individual.

I recently purchased a TPS sensor along with a throttle body from your store. The throttle body had a sensor already on it, so I no longer need the one I bought, which cost nearly $[redacted]. When I tried to return it without a receipt, they couldn't find the purchase under my name despite recalling some details. It seems to be linked to a different phone number. I've been trying to return the sensor for almost a month now. Additionally, the day after this purchase, I noticed my $5 rewards from O'Reilly's were missing from my account. I had them stored on my phone but can't find them anymore. My name is Montgomery Wayne Gray, and I'd appreciate any help in resolving these issues.

I have been a long-time customer at the store, which is my preferred one for buying 99% of my parts. My name is Matthew David Coldiron, born on June 1st, [redacted]. Yesterday, my car broke down at the Jefferson, NC store. I purchased radiator stop leak and antifreeze, and also ordered an alternator since mine was causing trouble. They offered to charge my battery, so I brought in my Duralast Platinum battery from my [redacted] Toyota Celica GT. After a few hours, my soon-to-be wife returned with me, but we were told they couldn't charge it due to a hole with leaked acid. I questioned this as the battery was fine when I drove there. The cost of this battery is over $[redacted]. I wasn't offered a replacement or even a used battery, so I had to walk 3 miles each way to get another one. My old account number is [redacted]. I've been loyal to this store for over 15 years, spending thousands of dollars. I'm not requesting $[redacted], just some respect, honesty, and appreciation for my loyalty. I have canceled my alternator order and am extremely dissatisfied with my experience yesterday. I hope for better service in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

I recently bought a Power Torque Brushless 20V 1/2 Lithium-Ion Impact Wrench from O'Reilly's in Williamsburg, KY. When I inquired about returning it for a refund if not satisfied with its torque, they assured me I could. However, upon testing it at home, I found the torque lacking. I followed the instructions, used it briefly, but ultimately decided to return it. When I brought it back, they refused to refund my money, stating that they cannot do so for this item. They mentioned a policy preventing refunds on the product. This left me frustrated since it did not align with what I was initially told. As a loyal O'Reilly's customer, this disappointment has me seeking a resolution. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

Hello, I am a retired auto mechanic and shop owner. Recently, I had two brake rotors resurfaced at O'Reilly's as I no longer have the equipment. Despite initially being told they were fine, upon picking them up, I noticed they looked rough. After assembling my car, I found out they were out of specs for runout. I ended up purchasing two new rotors for $60 and paid $30 for resurfacing. In total, it cost me $90 plus tax. I am requesting a refund of the $30 for the resurfacing due to having to do the job twice and the inconvenience of going back and forth to the store. I understand the employee who worked on them may not have had the proper training, so I am hoping for a resolution. Thank you. - J

I recently visited the O'Reilly store in O'Fallon, Missouri after being directed there by an associate from another location for a defective tool return. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the specified store, they claimed they could not assist me, implying that the prior associate had not contacted them and hurried me out due to closing time. Initially, the first associate seemed helpful, assuring me the warranty process would be smooth. However, the proximity to closing time and cash register procedures hindered them from resolving the issue. This led me to leave with the faulty part, seeking a replacement elsewhere as I value functional products after investing over a hundred dollars.

I encountered a problem at O'Reilly's in Okeechobee, Florida on Saturday, July 29, [redacted]. I bought two items for around $20. When I realized they didn't work for me, I tried to return them the same day with the receipt as instructed by the salesperson. Unfortunately, the salesperson was disrespectful and rude towards me and my son. Despite having the receipts, he refused the return and continued to be unhelpful even when I asked to speak with a manager who was conveniently "out for lunch."
