Hello, I have been struggling to get assistance with an issue where my emails are ending up in the draft folder when sent. I contacted phone support on Monday, August 16, and Tuesday, August 17. I interacted with at least four technicians over the span of two days, totaling around 3 to 4 hours. The communication was poor, with overlapping conversations and delays, which is unacceptable for a phone company. Despite investing a significant amount of time and energy, my issue remains unresolved. The last technician hastily assured me that everything should be fine after I received his test email and advised me to call back if needed. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to send emails. I urgently require email functionality to complete a real estate transaction tomorrow. Please demonstrate that there is at least one person at Northwestel who cares enough to assist me with this matter.
