Greetings, I am reaching out regarding an issue with an individual posing as one of your officials and scamming people. I fell victim to this scheme wherein I was sent job application forms for your company and instructed on steps to follow for selection. After completing the process, I ended up losing money in dollars. I am contacting you as I am genuinely seeking employment, and this person pretending to be associated with your company is tarnishing your reputable name by using the company's emails. I possess emails and WhatsApp messages documenting these interactions. I am sharing this information with you so you can reach out and obtain further details.

I have not yet received my medical reimbursement of $[redacted] from V/A benefits for the January and February payments of $[redacted] each. Despite being promised to receive it today, February 14th, which is 7 days after the initial process date, I have not received any updates. I feel frustrated by the lack of consistency in the information provided by V/A regarding when I can expect the reimbursement. I have already spoken with two supervisors, but unfortunately, no resolution has been reached. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Via Benefits consistently delays reimbursing premium payments, even with electronic direct deposit that should take around eight business days. My premium payments are auto-deducted on the first of the month, but I am only now receiving reimbursements on 2/21/[redacted]. The California Better Business Bureau acknowledges Via Benefits' trend of delays despite timely submission of all required documentation. NGC needs to enhance the timely processing of premium reimbursements for retirees. Additionally, Via Benefits lacks periodic summary reports on reimbursements and their website's terminology is confusing. Yesterday, I couldn't access the website due to internal issues. Overall, I rate Via Benefits 3 out of 10 for performance and support to retirees. NGC's website access for retiree feedback seems restricted within the company. With over 32 years of service, I expect better.

I recently retired from Northrop Grumman on April 14, [redacted]. My wife and I applied for Medicare Part B as my Northrop Medical coverage was ending on April 30th. While my Part B application was accepted, unfortunately, my wife's application was rejected due to a stated reason of lack of continuous employer health coverage since age 65. It's important to note that my wife has been under my medical coverage for the majority of my employment at Northrop. The form attached requires Section B to be completed to verify my wife's coverage under my plan. Please fill out the form and return it to me at "[redacted]". A copy of the email should also be sent to "[redacted]". Despite sending three emails to [redacted] since Monday, I have not yet received a response. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Raymond P McCusker
