Northern Worx Customer Service Issues

I have been purchasing several Worx tools in the past two years and have been aiming to use the same batteries for all my battery-powered devices. I have had excellent service overall, but one of the newest batteries is giving me trouble. Unlike the older batteries, this one will not charge properly. When I try to charge it, only one green light comes on, and the charger indicates it is fully charged after only a few minutes, which is not the case. The battery with the issue has the date [redacted] and the number [redacted]. It is a 20VMAX # WA3578 battery, one of six that I own. Can you please advise on what I should do? Thank you, Bob.
