I made a payment on Friday, 07-06-[redacted], and unfortunately, your website accidentally charged me twice. This has caused a significant inconvenience as my bank account cannot handle the extra charge. I contacted customer service on Monday, 07-09-[redacted], but was advised to address this issue with my bank. I have since filed a dispute with Mastercard, but the process may take 7 to 14 days to resolve, which is not ideal for my situation. This is the second instance of being double charged, and it is becoming extremely frustrating. I kindly request a prompt resolution as this mistake is causing financial strain. Please rectify the double charge of $[redacted].82 and cover any resulting overdraft fees promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
