Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unavailability of a specific type of trainers, the Nike Air Max 91 (Classic) BW, such as the Persian Violet color ([redacted]-05) or the Olympic BW collection. I am curious as to why your company decided to cease selling these products. These trainers were reportedly the best-selling in history and were highly favored for their design and comfort compared to newer versions. While I appreciate the introduction of new lines, there is still considerable demand for the classic 91 version. Could you please explain why this particular model was discontinued while other Air Max styles remain in production? On March 31, [redacted], I reached out to Nike on Twitter regarding a cracked soccer cleat. Nike directed me to file a claim since the retailer denied warranty. The cleats were bought on February 9, [redacted], from Soccer West in Bellevue, WA. I submitted the claim on April 1, [redacted]. The tag inside the cleat, according to the website, shows two dates - the one on the right is identified as the manufacturer date, which for our cleat is May 4, [redacted]. Nike rejected the claim citing the cleats were over two years old, contradicting their own diagram. After posting evidence on Twitter on April 19, [redacted], I received no response. Prior interactions with Nike were prompt, but now I am seeking a review of this mishandled claim. Nike's graphic confirms my cleats are within the two-year timeframe. I have all relevant photos and Twitter correspondence. I am eager for Nike to address this discrepancy before May 4, [redacted], as this cracking issue is unprecedented in my extensive history of purchasing Nike cleats over 13 years.

I was on the Nike Sneakers app eagerly waiting for the Travis Scott Cactus Jack 1s. At 9:30 am, I was ready, and as soon as it hit 10 am, the $[redacted] price box showed up. Clicking on it, I saw the Nike sneaker loading screen, then my info and the buy now option appeared. However, I encountered errors when trying to proceed with the purchase. Despite numerous attempts, the password wouldn't go through, and by the time I managed to get in line, my size was already sold out. I tried selecting a different size, but it looped me back to being sold out again. This experience was frustrating, especially for loyal Nike fans like me. I hope the company can address this glitch, possibly with a compensation or a chance to secure a pair through a return. I don't seek a freebie, just a fair opportunity to purchase the sneakers I've been eagerly waiting for.

I purchased football boots for my son on Nike.com, but the size was too small. The website directed me to 7 stores in Barcelona for exchanges, but 2 turned out to be 'associate' stores not carrying the product. The official Nike store didn't sell football boots, so we couldn't exchange there. It's frustrating that the main Nike store doesn't stock all products. It's confusing and time-consuming to visit these stores. The website information needs updating. Why aren't these other shops legitimate Nike stores, and why doesn't the main Nike store in a city like Barcelona have football boots available?

Hello Team, I purchased the Mercurial Super Fly 6 Soccer Shoes for my daughter back in June. Unfortunately, the insole has started to disintegrate. She used to train twice a week, but now she trains every day and has games on weekends. She is a big fan of Nike, so I bought her these shoes, but we are disappointed with the quality of the insole. Despite our limited budget, I saved up to surprise him with this special gift during our 26 years of togetherness. Although my husband typically settles for less expensive Nike shoes, I wanted him to have something special this time. Unexpectedly, the air pockets on both shoes deteriorated quickly, leaving large holes in the soles. This situation has left my husband with no choice but to continue wearing them, even when they get soaked in the rain, causing a foul odor. This was quite shocking to us as we trusted Nike's reputation for quality. Dear Nike Customer Service Team, I have been a loyal customer of Nike for 15 years, particularly enjoying the Nike Shox line. Receipt: Transaction [redacted] / Store [redacted] Date: 03/09/[redacted] 4:06:00 PM Nike Complaint Yesterday, we decided to buy 3 pairs of shoes and a t-shirt at Nike Outlet Store Wertheim. At the checkout, the cashier behaved strangely. She denied my wife's statement that the clothing was 30% off. The cashier's behavior was concerning, almost as if she was under the influence of something. After the cashier became agitated and called her supervisor, it was confirmed that my wife was right about the discount. Such behavior is not suitable for customer service roles, and we urge Nike to implement better training and screening processes for their staff in customer-facing positions.

On 08.09.[redacted], we purchased Nike soccer shoes in Germany for [redacted] Euros. However, just two weeks later, the material in the front of the shoe began to peel off. The customer service team directed us to send the shoes to Nike Netherlands since we bought them at a Nike partner shop in Mönchengladbach, not at an official Nike store. The shoes were shipped to Nike Eindhoven on 13.10.[redacted], but we have not received any updates since then. It is concerning that shoes at this price point would show signs of wear in just two weeks, especially since Nike offers a two-year warranty on their products. We are eager to hear back from you regarding the status of our shoes, as our son needs them for soccer. In the meantime, we had to purchase a new pair so that he can continue playing. We are disappointed to have paid for two pairs of shoes but only have one in use. Best regards.

I am having issues with the Monarch dad shoes I love. My latest pairs are squeaking, despite all my efforts to stop it. I've removed and powdered the insoles, even tried spray glue, but the squeak persists. Many others seem to have the same problem as well. I bought Nike shoes less than a year ago. A month later, a small hole appeared, but I didn't report it. Today, I discovered another hole where the shoe material is glued on the back. I'm very careful with my shoes, and I have pairs that are 15 years old, but these are of such poor quality that I had to speak up. I spent about 80 euros on a trainer that is falling apart after a short time; I won't buy their shoes again. I purchased them in Ireland and now I'm in Croatia, unable to return them. It's disheartening that sneakers nowadays are expensive yet lack durability. If I were running or doing sports in them, it would be a disaster!

Order R[redacted]21 Dear Nike Customer Service, I recently purchased a pair of women’s size 7.5 Air Force 1s for my girlfriend for our 4-year anniversary. Despite the delayed shipping, she was thrilled as she had been eyeing these shoes for a year. However, upon receiving them, we discovered they run large, and we needed to exchange them for a size 7. We were surprised to find out that the return shipping wasn't free as advertised, contrary to what we expected. This unexpected cost was disappointing. After paying for the return shipping ourselves, my girlfriend still desires white sneakers, but due to this experience, we are now considering other brands.

Dear Nike team, I am writing to share my experience with your products. Since I was a child, I have always asked for Nike shoes with an air chamber from Santa every Christmas. I grew up loving your brand and continue to use your products as an athlete. However, in recent years, I have encountered issues with the air chamber in the shoes, leading me to even consider switching brands. I have had to replace them every 2-3 months, costing me a significant amount each time. My wife even offered to replace my last pair with her salary when she returns to work due to the financial strain caused by the pandemic. I hope you understand the sentimental value these shoes hold for me and the support of my wife. Despite warranty issues in Colombia due to them being promotional shoes, I have tried to improvise with my daughter's erasers in the air chamber to reduce the noise.
