I started a new job in late August, and I provided the requested pay stub information. However, I have not received any updates from you. My EBT card has not been refilled, which is causing me concern. Being disabled with various health problems, I rely on my Medicaid card for accessing medication and upcoming surgery. I've been trying to reach out by phone without success. It's crucial for me to have this matter resolved promptly to ease my worries.

I recently applied online through Access Nevada for food and medical assistance. I received a letter requesting verification that I am no longer receiving unemployment benefits, with a deadline marked for today, February 3. I only received the letter today as I rely on my mailing address and wasn't aware it was sent. I attempted to upload the required documents through Access Nevada with my application, but couldn't find the upload option. I also tried to link my account but needed my VRU pin, which I don't have. I attempted to contact the welfare office at different numbers, but they are closed now, and I couldn't reach anyone. I'm unsure of the next steps.

I have already filed a complaint with Get Human regarding Nevada SNAP. I submitted my recertification on 11/5/22, which Access Nevada confirms receiving. I have been trying to contact Nevada SNAP for the past two days, but after entering my social security number, the call gets disconnected. The recorded message advises reaching them by phone or online. My SNAP benefits are set to end in 11/[redacted]. Currently, Social Security is deducting $[redacted].00 for Medicare Part B, even though my United Health Dual Access plan indicates $0 payment for Part B due to my low income status. After deductions, I am left with $[redacted].00 from Social Security. Despite attempting to contact them and texting them, I have not received assistance. With $[redacted].00 going towards rent, no food stamps, and lack of communication from Nevada SNAP and Social Security, I might consider just saving the $5.00 left for the month.
