I purchased a motorcycle back in [redacted] from Michael's Cycle Works, a Kawasaki dealership in Carson City, NV. I recently discovered that I never received the pink slip for the bike. I am currently looking to sell it but cannot locate the pink slip that I never received. When trying to obtain a lien release from the now-defunct HSBC Bank Nevada NA, I encountered difficulties due to the bank's assets being sold multiple times. I have reached out to the bank and was provided a phone number (1-[redacted]) to call, but no one answers. Research has shown that others faced similar issues with the same bank in [redacted]. I recently visited the DMV to get the title for a truck given to me following my boyfriend's passing. He had a bill of sale for it. The lady at the DMV mentioned a lien on the title and directed me to go through Carson City for a specific title process to transfer it to my name and register it. The truck has been sitting in my sister's driveway for over a year, and we are unable to scrap it without the title.
