Hello, I am seeking assistance with resetting my password as I have contacted support twice. They mentioned sharing the user account with me, but the process to reset my password is unsuccessful. When I input the company name (Medtronic plc), as I see no other option, an error occurs. I am employed at Medtronic Mexico. A previous attempt led to being blocked and required support for unlocking. Despite trying again, I am unable to reset the password. Can you furnish me with a Spanish customer service number or email? The current number on the website is nonfunctional. Thank you.
