Nerium International Customer Service Issues

I bought items from someone named Marcy Quist Knopf, and I only ordered for June. She charged my credit card for another order without my authorization. I have plenty of the products left, and I don't want this additional charge. I am upset because Marcy is not responding to my messages or calls. I have the night and day creams, but they dry out my face, so I can't use them every day. She shouldn't have charged me without my permission. I have tried contacting her, but she is not cooperating. It's frustrating that there is no phone number to reach her. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

I attended the [redacted] convention in St. Louis, and my chosen Brand Partner names were Gutgeht, signed by William G. (Billycare), Debbie B. (Enchanted), and Dawn (Dawndidit). Amy K. sponsored me, along with Jacqueline M. At the time, I lived in Westlake Village, then I moved to Perris, CA.
