I have a Navigon [redacted] that was inactive for three years until I charged it today, July 16th. I managed to access the screen with the options for a new trip, recent trip, and favorites. Upon selecting a recent trip, I encountered issues establishing satellite connection, which usually happens in a few seconds to a minute but took 15 minutes today. I attempted to reboot and reset the system, leading to a device code prompt (APTTU-BWX5X-NVREB) that I misunderstood. After encountering a "Please insert memory card" message and trying to resolve it by ejecting and re-inserting the memory card, the screen is now frozen even in reset mode. I seek help to resolve this technical issue as the Navigon [redacted] has been a valuable tool for my travels across the USA since I purchased it in January [redacted]. Thank you, John Hanley
