I am encountering an issue where the program won't open and I keep receiving an error message stating that Natural Reader has stopped working. The error message indicates that a problem caused the program to malfunction. Initially, the program was running smoothly until I attempted to upload a PDF file for Natural Reader to read aloud, which triggered these issues. I rely on this program for my college studies, making this situation particularly challenging as the program is currently non-functional.

I am trying to upgrade and I am looking for a coupon, but I cannot find my information. I have had several email addresses, the one I remember is [redacted], but it says I am not eligible. I am trying to find the emails where I purchased free Natural Reader voices twice but could not download them, so I gave up and just used the free ones. I have a learning disability. The old email addresses were [redacted], [redacted], and one with BellSouth, but it is out of business.

I was informed that we have [redacted] licenses. We've activated [redacted] licenses using the serial number C9MRB5P7NYMPMXE5, but we encountered an issue activating more computers with this serial. After requesting a reset of the serial (previously P2XLP5T5NZEWWEW7), we discovered that the limit was reached on the 148th computer. Unfortunately, despite reaching out via email multiple times since Sunday without a response, there was no phone number available to call for assistance. This level of service falls short of what I expected. Key points to resolve: 1. The current serial number in use is C9MRB5P7NYMPMXE5. 2. The serial is assigned to the Ruppin Academic Center. 3. Emails are being sent to "[redacted]," but Sigal no longer works at Ruppin. Please update the contact to "[redacted]"

Hello, I need help with my account. I want to confirm if I am registered for the Pro Version. My profile information does not match across my different devices. The website and app show that I am logged into my [redacted] profile, but there seems to be inconsistency. Can you provide me with some information on why this is happening? I have been utilizing the free version of Natural Reader for quite some time due to being visually impaired. Recently, I have encountered issues with the program not loading correctly on my MS Surface Studio. I suspect I may need to update the program or have inadvertently installed two versions. While searching for solutions, I noticed a lack of contact options like a phone number or chat for immediate support. If repair instructions can be emailed to me, I kindly request clear and easy-to-follow steps with a font size that can be enlarged on my end. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - JS
