I am currently compiling and preparing to send the following information to NI at 2:15 in the morning: I will include screenshots of the following: - Traktor software preferences for audio setup - Windows 10 device specifications and system image - Sound output and input image - Manage sound device image - Output devices image - Sound control panel screenshots for playback and recording - Windows 10 update logs On July 27th, while using Traktor 2.11.3.17 and 3.0 with my Traktor S4 Mk 2, everything was working fine. However, when I returned to continue mixing after a break, I noticed the speaker icon was red in the tray, and the USB on the controller was flashing. There was no audio output from my desktop, which is my primary machine. Upon investigation, all references to Traktor WDM drivers or any Traktor driver had disappeared, rendering the controller unresponsive to my computer. I tested it on two other laptops with different USB cables, but the controller could not be detected, even though the USB light stopped flashing. The issue seems to be specific to the controller, as USB functions normally for other devices.

My Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 suddenly had a flashing USB light without warning. I was using it normally just 10 minutes earlier. Now, my primary desktop and both laptops cannot detect the controller. It has affected the sound input and output on my Windows 10 desktop and all references to the Traktor WDM driver are missing. Traktor software, Groove Music player, and Pro Tools have all disappeared. The flashing USB light on the controller has stopped and it now doesn't seem to power up at all. The only common factor I can think of is that all machines were recently updated with Windows 10 security patches. I found similar issues reported online in [redacted], but I am uncertain if it's the same problem. As a university student, this equipment was a significant investment. Any guidance you can provide to help me resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marcus

I recently purchased Kontakt 7 from Native Instruments. I attempted to install the Kontakt 7 app but encountered an issue requesting permission to load dependencies, which was unfamiliar to me as a Mac user. Contacting their online tech support did not resolve the problem as they redirected me to the installation pages without addressing the root cause of the installation failure. Numerous online posts from other Mac users also highlight difficulties with Native Access and mention a 'cleanupDaemonMac.sh.zip' item that I couldn't locate on the NI website. I've experienced similar challenges with Native Instruments in the past, such as having to revert to Kontakt 5.8 to load libraries into Kontakt 6. While Native Instruments offers a wide range of programs, their tech support is often lacking. I find it puzzling why they have issues like this, especially considering their reputation. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge made through Amex.

I purchased Percussion Essentials during the Black Friday sale. However, the website froze during the payment process. Even though both my NI account and bank statement show the transaction was successful, I never received the product in Native Access for installation. Additionally, I unintentionally ended up with a duplicate because Symphony Essentials also includes Percussion Essentials. I've reached out to Native Instruments three times seeking assistance and a refund for the duplicate purchase, but have only received automated responses. I'm frustrated as I paid for a product I have not been able to download, and am unable to get a resolution from customer support.

Integrieren von Audio 8 nach Kauf von Traktor 3 Ich bin wirklich frustriert und brauche dringend Hilfe, da ich nicht weiterkomme. Nach dem Kauf von Traktor 3 wurde mir vom Support erklärt, dass alles reibungslos funktionieren sollte. Leider lässt sich der Treiber für Audio 8 nicht installieren, und ich erhielt die Aufforderung, mich an den Support zu wenden. Das USB blinkt, die Softwarelock-LED leuchtet, und mein MacBook Air erkennt das Gerät nicht. Was kann ich tun, um endlich wieder meine Musikproduktion fortsetzen zu können?

I am facing issues with downloading instruments through your Native Access portal. Several problems are occurring: 1. When trying to open the PKG file after downloading the instrument, I receive an error message stating there is an issue with the installation and to contact you. 2. During some instrument downloads, the process starts but hangs without reason at around 25GB file size. An error message suggests restarting Native Access or the computer, but the problems persist. 3. After receiving an "installed" notification for Electri6ity, the instrument does not appear in my DAW (Logic Pro). Reinstalling shows the instrument as "queued" even with no other downloads, leading to a hang that requires quitting the portal. 4. Assistance needed!

Recently, I made the decision to upgrade from Kontakt 5 to Kontakt 7. I'm encountering an issue with having two separate accounts, one linked to my previous school email and another to my current email. Kontakt 5 was acquired through the edu account, while the Kontakt 7 update was bought on my newer account. I'm struggling to update Kontakt 7 and I'm unsure if merging my accounts is necessary for the update to work. The possibility that I might not be able to update due to the school email is concerning because I've already purchased the update. I'm looking for assistance in merging my accounts to access the update, receiving a refund for the update if I can't use it, or an option to pay extra for the full version of Kontakt 7. My old account is under the registration [redacted], and my new one is [redacted] The serial key for the update on the new account is K7BDC-272C7-U9444-4D[redacted]4, and for the Komplete package (with Kontakt 5) on the old account is 49[redacted]4-05[redacted]1-[redacted]. I appreciate any help provided.

Hello, I am using Komplete Start along with Cubase LE AI Elements 11 on a Lenovo i5 laptop. The Play Series Collection, Kinetic Treats, and Expansions Selection are working perfectly. However, I cannot seem to locate the Acoustic, Band, Synth, Vintage, and Beats instruments in Kontakt 6 Player or Komplete Kontrol, even though they are listed on the Komplete Start webpage. I have tried downloading Komplete Start again, but it does not show as available in Native Access 2. How can I access the missing instruments or where can I find them? Thanks, Martin

I am experiencing an issue with Native Access when attempting to install Ashlight from the Komplete Collectors instruments package. The error message states that it could not uninstall the instrument, even though it has never been installed on my system. I have tried using the NI Uninstall tool and checked Windows 11 Programs and Features utility, but neither show Ashlight as an option to uninstall. Additionally, I have been unable to locate any downloaded files, despite Native Access indicating that it is downloading files during the installation attempts. Ashlight cannot be found in any of the default installation directories. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this installation problem.

Hello, I recently purchased and downloaded the Komplete Standard Bundle to use the Reaktor 6 plugin. However, after downloading it through Native Access on Windows, only the stand-alone desktop shortcut version is showing up, and I'm struggling to open it in my DAW, Ableton Live version 11.3.3. I typically don't have issues installing other plugins in my DAW, and all the other Komplete Standard VSTs are working correctly except Reaktor 6. I've checked the file paths and confirmed Reaktor 6 is in the correct VST folder on my computer. I've also tried troubleshooting with the NI FAQ and reinstalled it through Native Access, but it hasn't fixed the issue. Can you please help me figure out what's going wrong with Reaktor 6 and how I can open it in my DAW? Thank you,

Hello, I purchased a Native Instruments 88-note MK2 keyboard from Woodbrass. It is not being recognized by my Mac Mini M1 Aventura. I have been a customer of Native for 20 years. Hello, a few days ago I bought the Bazzazian Expansion for NI. Unfortunately, it's not appearing in my Kontakt 7. Even after scanning the folder and trying to drag and drop it into the Black Zone, it's not working for me. Just to mention, I'm using Windows 11. In my Bazzazian folder, I have subfolders named "Documentation," "Groups," "Projects," "Samples," and "Sounds." Interestingly, a friend of mine who uses a Mac has an instruments folder that I don't have; maybe that's relevant. I'm hoping someone can assist me with this issue.

Hello, I require assistance with Native Instruments. My account is missing purchase history and license numbers. My initial purchase was "Traktor Scratch Pro Audio 8 DJ" in its box. Several months later, I upgraded to "Traktor Pro 2." I conducted all these transactions on the Native Instruments website and was able to download the upgrades from my account at that time. However, my current account shows no license numbers or purchase history. None of my products are visible on my Native Instruments Account. I now have a new computer and I am unable to download my previous purchases due to the disappearance of the serial numbers for my music cards Audio 8 and DJ software. The first purchase was made around 28-Nov-[redacted] and I can provide proof of these transactions. I initially purchased the audio interfaces "Traktor Scratch Pro" with the serial number SN-RL37LNF7U7, as well as the DJ software "Traktor Scratch Pro 2" and various audio samples for a beat machine, totaling approximately [redacted] euros. I recently purchased a Kontrol S61 mk3 which included the instrument and a double USB-C cord, but did not come with a power supply. When trying to power the instrument using a USB-C to USB connection, I received a message indicating low power and the need to connect to a USB power supply. As the power supply was not included in the delivery, I believe it may have been accidentally omitted. It seems reasonable to expect the power supply to be included in the package along with the instrument. Could you please arrange to send me the power supply?

Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter le quatuor à cordes Cremona Quartet ainsi que la mise à jour de KONTAKT 6 à KONTAKT 7. Le Native Access se transforme automatiquement de 1 en 2. Je travaille sur MAC OS 14.2.1 et utilise le logiciel d'écriture FINALE 27.2.0.[redacted]. J'arrive à ouvrir KONTAKT 7 indépendamment mais pas avec FINALE. Même s'il est bien noté dans FINALE, il ne s'ouvre pas, il bascule sur Native Access 1 et sort KONTAKT 6. Donc, je ne peux pas utiliser le quatuor Cremona. Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît?
