I was assured that the process would take approximately 15 days, and I will receive a notarized proof of satisfaction once the lien is released. Hello, my name is Jennifer Wiseman. I had a mortgage with National City back in [redacted]. Unfortunately, my home was destroyed, and after my divorce, I was awarded the remaining property. I had insurance coverage that paid for the demolition costs, but I never received reimbursement. The check was sent to the Michigan Treasury since I had moved. I discovered that National City Mortgage records over 7 years old were purged after it was taken over by PNC Bank.
