I registered the domains selinschools.org, selinschools.com, and selinschools.net at dyndns, and they were transferred to name.com in December [redacted]. There was no advance notice for their upcoming renewal on 11/19/[redacted], even though they were set for automatic renewal with dyndns. My American Express payment was declined on 11/18/[redacted], but I wasn't notified until after the renewal date. I have been submitting support tickets to name.com daily since November 20, but they keep closing them without resolving the issue. The websites are currently offline, causing significant problems. Attempts to claim the sites back from dyndns have been unsuccessful as I never receive the email linked to the account. The domains are essentially in "limbo," and I urgently need them to be restored and operational again.

Hello, I aim to build a positive relationship with your company, but seem to be facing obstacles. I've invested a significant amount of time choosing expired and deleting domains with you. Upon attempting to pay for the selected domains, I consistently encounter the following error message: ERROR: We couldn't process your order due to a payment method issue. Dear GetHuman team, I am writing to share my recent experience with Name.com. I ordered some domains, and after a few days, they requested clarification of my personal ID and card number. Despite completing the verification process as confirmed in the support history, my domain registrations failed and are now available for registration on Godaddy. Name.com stated that the transaction was recorded by their account department, closed the ticket without a resolution, and I am unable to obtain a refund through their automatic process for the failed domains. I am frustrated as their customer service is not accessible via Live Chat, despite my attempts to contact them during their posted hours, considering the time difference in Vietnam. I visited NAME.COM to purchase a website builder for creating my website and selected "Wix Unlimited Yearly." However, I encountered an issue when trying to connect my own domain to the Wix builder, which supposedly comes with a free domain. Despite not finding other suitable options before purchasing Wix, I am aware that alternative website builders exist since I use a different one for another domain on NAME.COM. I am seeking assistance with attaching my pre-purchased domain to my Wix Unlimited Yearly website builder.
