I purchased a 10-foot umbrella and weights from Nampo in Orange, CT. Despite being assured that everything was included, I found missing parts when I tried to assemble it at home. After several frustrating phone calls and visits to the store, I managed to get the missing pieces. The customer service was very disappointing, with long wait times and a lack of responsiveness to my concerns. I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation for the inconvenience and poor service I experienced during this purchase. I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar issues.
