I recently noticed a deduction of 25% from my euronextbtc.com account that was taken as tax. After paying the tax, I contacted customer service to inquire about withdrawing the funds. They confirmed that I could withdraw the money at my discretion. However, when I attempted to withdraw around $57,[redacted], I discovered a limit of $30,[redacted] for withdrawals unless I became a VIP member. As a first-time user, I was not informed by customer service about this restriction beforehand, which has left me frustrated. Now my account is locked, and the only way to access my remaining funds is by upgrading to VIP status. I believe I should have the freedom to decide when and how to withdraw my money, rather than being required to join as a VIP member. The lack of transparency from customer service has left me dissatisfied with the platform, and I am requesting assistance in resolving this issue. I ask for your help in allowing me to withdraw my funds as I intended without being forced to become a VIP member.
