I am a sophomore student athlete on the wrestling team at a Division I university. I have been informed by the athletic department that I am ineligible to compete this Fall semester. However, I believe I meet all the NCAA requirements and am seeking certification to participate in Division I sports this semester. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am seeking to regain eligibility through a hardship waiver. After completing high school in [redacted], I had plans to join a NCAA D2 school for baseball. Unfortunately, I sustained a knee injury that required surgery, preventing me from participating as a freshman. Subsequently, I transferred to a junior college for a year and played one season in spring [redacted]. During this time, my father battled cancer, necessitating my support in his business and medical appointments over a [redacted]-mile round trip. Currently, I am taking classes locally at a junior college without an athletic program. With my father now in remission, I am eager to return to the baseball field. How can I proceed with salvaging my eligibility? I have documentation available if needed. Thank you, Brandon Johnson Jr.

Hello, I have been attempting to locate a direct email address for the NCAA to address a query I have. I am a previous college soccer international student-athlete who has recently completed studies at DII CSU-Dominguez Hills. I am planning to return for a master's degree and am curious if I would be able to participate in a different sport during this program. I am confident in my ability to compete in tennis at a competitive level. Looking forward to your response, Regards, B. Montini

My son was deemed NCAA eligible in May [redacted] before his graduation. However, just two days before moving into his dorm, the NCAA reversed this decision due to a .5 credit discrepancy. Despite the additional forms submitted by his high school guidance counselor over a week ago, we are still waiting for a response. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. Any eligibility concerns should have been addressed in May, allowing us to resolve them over the summer. I am seeking assistance to clarify this confusing situation for both my son and me. How can I reach out to someone who can provide an explanation?

I am Magdy Ibrahim, an academic coordinator at Akhnaton Egyptian Language School (American Division) in Cairo, Egypt. I am reaching out on behalf of Ms. Mariam Ibrahim, a grade 12 student for the academic year [redacted]/[redacted], who is interested in joining the NCAA (NCAA ID# [redacted]). Following a recent email exchange with the NCAA, they have requested an update to the course lists through the NCAA Eligibility Center. Despite my attempts to update this information through her account, I have encountered difficulties. Thus, our school requires assistance in creating an account on the NCAA high school portal to address this issue efficiently. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further information concerning Ms. Mariam.

Our high school has an account with the NCAA to submit student transcripts. Today, our registrar encountered an issue with logging in due to an incorrect password, even though the password hadn't been changed by our staff. Our principal and assistant principal manage password changes. We discovered an email from last night requesting a password reset for a graduate named Taylor Kaoihana, who should not have access to our school's login. Although we tried the temporary password provided in the email, it didn't work. When we attempted to reset the password today, our principal and assistant principal did not receive the reset email. We're concerned about a potential hack on our NCAA account, Taylor Kaoihana's involvement, the security of our students' information, and possible changes to our account details. This situation is disruptive as we need to upload transcripts promptly. For any assistance, please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. If I'm unreachable, contact Kapua Akiu-Wilcox, our assistant principal, at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, Gina Karas Kamehameha Schools Kapalama
