I have been struggling with clinical depression for over a decade, as has my brother. Despite trying various medications, only MAOI Nardil has proven effective for me. However, my brother was instead recommended ECT, which has not been successful for him. The original doctor who prescribed Nardil has closed their practice, but I have found a new doctor experienced with these types of medications. After undergoing genetic testing, I tried Prestiq and Emsam, with Emsam showing promise after a few weeks. While my doctor assured me my insurance would cover Emsam, the monthly cost is still high at $[redacted]. I am considering trying oral Selegiline like Parnate due to the cost and accessibility. Dealing with pharmacists and finding reliable information online has been challenging. I am curious about the transition from Emsam to oral Selegiline and whether it will maintain the positive effects for my mental health. Despite facing setbacks and feeling abandoned by some healthcare providers, I am determined to explore all options for effective treatment. My goal is to regain control over my life and continue pursuing my passions.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I have been taking various medications without issue until now. A recent Urine Drug Screen indicated I am not using Fentanyl. I have been HIV Positive for 30 years and dealing with Neuropathy for about a decade or slightly more. The Neuropathy started post-Cervical surgery, causing my hands to feel like they were on fire, eventually diagnosed as HIV Neuropathy. I will provide a list of the medications I am taking, as some issues might relate to them. I initially started on 75mcg twice a day with Duragesic due to co-pay problems. Subsequently, I was on this dose for 4-8 years. After my neurologist retired, I transitioned to pain management, initially at the Comprehensive Pain Clinic where I was put on Percocet and later shifted to Mid South Pain Clinic for Percocet twice a day and Fentanyl Patch thrice a day. Recently, their drug screen showed no Fentanyl present and a lower dose of Percocet than prescribed. I have strictly adhered to prescribed medications, never using street drugs. The adjustments in medications have been necessitated by evolving health conditions due to HIV and related treatments.

I tested negative for fentanyl. I originally started with a dose of 75 mcg every 2 days prescribed by my neurologist before he retired. After being dropped to 50 mcg every 3 days by a nurse practitioner at Comprehensive Pain, I also saw a reduction in my Percocet dosage from 4 to 3 tablets daily. With the clinic closing, I transferred to Mid South Pain, where my dose was further reduced to 25 mcg along with a decrease in Percocet. Despite this, my urine drug screen did not show fentanyl, leading to a threat to stop prescribing it altogether. The same test reflected lower levels of hydrocodone than expected. I have done research and hope that with your assistance, I can convince the nurse practitioner that I am indeed taking the fentanyl. As I have experienced continued pain even while on 75 mcg and 4 Percocet daily, it is challenging to adapt to these ongoing dosage reductions after several years. Thank you, James B.

My 93-year-old mother currently takes Mylan carbidopa/levodopa 25-100mg disintegrating tablets. Recently, we got a refill from Walgreens in Vero Beach, Florida, but received pills made by Sun Pharma from India, which are not effective. We are in Palo Alto, California, now for Thanksgiving and will be heading to Houston next Wednesday before returning to Florida on 12/8. I am seeking information on where we can find the original Mylan medication. The initial purchase was made in the [redacted] zip code, and we are currently in zip code [redacted]. Our next stop will be in zip code [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I have been using your company's 100mg sertraline, and I am disappointed to learn that this version is no longer being produced. The product number for this version is 00 [redacted]-01. Have you transferred the rights to another company? I have been given a substitute, but it does not work as effectively as your product. Is there any chance I can locate it in a warehouse or perhaps a specific pharmacy that might still have it in stock? I am not feeling suicidal, but I truly wish to return to the positive effects I experienced with your version. Can you offer any assistance or provide information on how to locate it? Is there a possibility that you have some in a surplus stock in a storage room?

Pharmacies in the [redacted] area and nearby are facing shortages of Diazepam, especially the 10 mg dose. Despite their efforts, they are unable to get it and receive messages stating it's out of stock or unavailable. Many people, including myself, rely on Mylan brand for its effectiveness in treating back spasms, panic attacks, and seizures. It is crucial to address this issue promptly as patients are suffering. Hospital inpatients had access to it last week, but people like me who need it on an ongoing basis are struggling. Please investigate and ensure the pharmacies like CVS, Community Health, Vytos, and Walgreens receive their deliveries. If there have been changes in the ordering code, please provide the updated information to avoid further disruptions. Mylan is essential for individuals with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and seizures. Act swiftly to prevent long-term consequences for both patients and Mylan's reputation.

Mylan abruptly discontinued Flurazepam, another benzodiazepine sleep aid, citing unavailability until December. This absence since May is distressing, impacting many people's well-being. The lack of alternatives and the necessity of trying multiple medications for sleep are frustrating. Unfortunately, this is the second occurrence in two years. On further investigation, it appears that Mylan has removed multiple benzodiazepines from the market, leaving users puzzled and seeking answers.

I have been using flurazepam for 42 years to manage my sleep due to chronic kidney disease. Unfortunately, the medication is unavailable until December, and I only have 9 pills left. Despite my efforts, pharmacies don't have any stock. Another member of a support group suggested Mylan as a potential solution, as they helped her locate pills for her doctor to prescribe. I reached out to Mylan today, but initially didn't get the assistance I needed. After the support group member contacted them on my behalf, they promised to search for a pharmacy that still has the pills. However, I don't have enough medication to last until their search is complete. I inquired about checking in daily and was granted permission. Due to my limited phone accessibility, I prefer to communicate with them via Get Human to ensure timely updates.

I have been using flurazepam for 42 years to help me sleep despite having CKD. As it has become unavailable recently, I have been struggling to find it at local pharmacies after checking around. Another member of the support group on drugs.com suggested contacting Westward for assistance in locating available supplies in my area. They mentioned that Westward was able to find some at two different stores for them after they had no luck on their own. I am based in North Dakota with the zip code [redacted], a small town, and willing to have my doctor write a prescription for an out-of-area pharmacy if needed.

I'm 69 years old and have been using flurazepam for 42 years to help with my sleep issues due to CKD. It has been a lifesaver for me. However, I have been having trouble finding it since it became unavailable last spring. I have called pharmacies in other cities in North Dakota in the past, but last time I couldn't locate any. Another member on drugs.com suggested reaching out to Westward for help in locating available supply in my area. I have only 9 pills left and can't sleep with another medication. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding this medication as it is essential for me. My zip code is [redacted], and my doctor is willing to write a prescription if it can be found elsewhere.

I am 69 years old and have been using flurazepam for 42 years to manage my sleep issues alongside CKD. Unfortunately, the medication has become unavailable since last spring. I have been able to locate it by reaching out to pharmacies in different cities in ND in the past, but my recent attempts have been unsuccessful. Another member of a support group on drugs.com suggested contacting Westward Pharmaceuticals for assistance in locating the medication in nearby pharmacies. They were able to help her find the medication by checking stores in her zip code. I have only 9 pills left and cannot tolerate a different long-acting benzodiazepine. I am concerned about how I will manage until December. My zip code is [redacted], and though it's a small town, my doctor is willing to prescribe the medication from a different location if it can be located.

My father is undergoing treatment for Parkinson's and has been using Sinemet 25/[redacted] for an extended period. Recently, we had to switch to a substitute which seems to be affecting his alertness negatively. Upon inquiring at the pharmacy, we were informed that the light yellow round pill with the [redacted] imprint is no longer available due to shortages in Taiwan. We are now receiving an oval, bright yellow pill with the [redacted] marking, manufactured by Mylan. I am puzzled as to why the same medication from Mylan has different appearances. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns. Thank you.
Sincerely,
S. Miller

I am seeking a discount or coupon for either Advair Diskus [redacted]/50 or Wixela. Towards the end of last year, Medicare covered one month of Wixela, which I found more affordable. However, it is no longer on the formulary. I require one of these medications by February, and the co-pay ranges from $[redacted] to $[redacted]. I am aware that once I spend $[redacted] or more in a calendar year, Medicare may cover it. I am feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I have explored various pharmacies, consulted my doctor, and reached out to Express Scripts Part D, who suggested contacting the manufacturer. These medications have been effective for me for years, and not having access to them may result in hospitalization. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am from Trinidad. My brother relies on Novartis Leponex 100mg and 25mg for his schizophrenia. Unfortunately, it is currently out of stock in my country, and he does not respond well to generic alternatives. I have heard rumors that this medication is being discontinued and that Novartis has transferred the rights to Mylan. I am seeking information on this situation and if there are any similar substitutes in strength and effectiveness to Leponex. If there is a way to purchase this medication online, I would greatly appreciate recommendations for trustworthy suppliers. It is urgent as we are running low on his necessary medication. Our local doctors' attempts with generics have not been successful, so any assistance would be greatly valued. Thank you.
Best regards,
J.S.
