A week ago, I encountered issues logging into the site as it wouldn't accept my password or let me reset it. When I contacted customer service, I was informed of maintenance lasting one to two hours, but after six hours, the site was still inaccessible. Today, I faced the same problem of not being able to sign in or change my password. I had to contact customer service again to reset my password just to make payments. From recent feedback, it seems this has been an ongoing problem for a week with no resolution or explanation provided. I might consider switching to another service provider or setting up automatic bill payments with the utility companies.

For almost 30 years, I have relied on CheckFree Web to manage all my bills monthly. Recently, I've encountered difficulties accessing my account due to a new partnership with Fiserv. I urgently need to pay my bills to avoid any issues this month. The system is requesting a 7-minute PIN sent to my work email, which I cannot access from home. This situation is very frustrating as I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I am unable to retrieve my account number to gain access. If this problem persists, I will have no choice but to find an alternative solution.

I am uncertain how my payment to my Barnes & Noble MasterCard ended up being processed through your services. I typically make my card payments on the Barnes & Noble/Barclaycard website under 'make a payment.' I remember making a $[redacted] payment on May 25th to clear my balance. Is it possible that a second payment was made on the same date in error? My card has been reissued several times due to fraudulent activities, with the latest MasterCard number being in use for about 4-6 weeks. I have no recollection of any unauthorized charges on my statement. Could your service be linked to my card's site, leading me to accidentally use it? If so, what are the charges, how can I get a refund, and how do I cancel any unintended memberships? I am unable to receive emails currently but would appreciate a text message with your response.
