I am frustrated with the lack of competence from several of your customer service representatives, who have caused significant inconvenience over the past three days. Initially, there was a failure to notify me that the annual distribution checks were returned to Mutual of America. Despite the denial that the checks were received, multiple inquiries later confirmed that the bank had indeed returned them. Each phone call has resulted in over an hour wait, followed by a transfer that took at least 45 minutes. While I received my distribution check, the one for my wife did not arrive. I am currently on hold again, having already waited an hour. In contrast, contacting Trans America was much smoother as they promptly informed me of the returned distribution and sent the check immediately. Your customer service falls short in comparison, displaying negligence, incompetence, and a lack of consideration for customers.

I made a withdrawal request on 11/9 and received an acknowledgment, but I have not received my money or check yet. I tried calling customer service twice, waiting over 45 minutes each time with no answer. The online wait time is supposed to be 6 minutes, but that was not the case for me. This is the third time this year I've had to request a withdrawal, and each time I encountered issues like my request getting lost during a computer changeover or the agent not processing it. I also tried to close my account, but was informed I needed to make a withdrawal first. I desperately need assistance as there are no other contact numbers provided. I am frustrated with the lack of response and just want to speak with someone who can help me resolve these problems.

I have been trying to call multiple times. I have been on hold for 55 minutes, and then the call rang and disconnected. Upon checking my account, I noticed a past due payment. I spoke with my employer, who mentioned your new system but assured me there would be no penalty and that everything is in order. I am interested in doing a payoff. I need to update my telephone number in my pension account to reset my password for my online account. The authentication process is calling my old number, which is causing an issue. I have already contacted customer service three times, waiting for at least 1 1/2 hours each time. Unfortunately, no one seems to locate my account.
