Hello, I am reaching out to inquire about a concerning discovery in my protein blend. While preparing a smoothie for myself and my elderly mother, I stumbled upon a 2-inch piece of braided plastic string in the mix. It resembled the type of material often found in plastic bag closures. This was quite off-putting, and I am glad I noticed it before consuming the smoothie. I lack the means to email a photo, so I plan to send the item via mail. Could you kindly provide me with the appropriate address for this purpose? I attempted to order MuscleTech Clear Mass from your website using the email address [redacted] Upon entering my credit card details, I encountered a failure message. I then tried using an American Express card and received the same error message on the order screen. Subsequently, I attempted the transaction with a friend's Visa credit card, only to encounter the same issue with an error message stating that something went wrong. I kindly request confirmation on whether the order was successfully placed, as I do not wish to be charged for multiple unsuccessful transactions. It's crucial to note that I have received approval messages from both American Express and the Visa card regarding these transactions. Please provide me with urgent information on this matter. I recently purchased a Nitro Tech Ripped product and noticed an issue with the inner silver paper seal not being properly attached to the bottle. The barcode details checked out, and the product appeared to be sealed from the outside. However, there was no glue mark where the seal should have been attached to the bottle. I am concerned about the authenticity of the product and whether it is common for the seal to detach without leaving a mark.
