Murphy Oil Corporation Customer Service Issues

Hello, I have a complaint about the Murphy's on Tower Road, it's across the street from Walmart in Aurora, Colorado. The issue involves your manager and the assistant manager, named Rose. The new manager is charging full price for a cup without ice or soda. If you question her, she threatens to ban you from the store. I have been a customer since it opened, and she refused to answer my inquiries. My friend was charged $4.90 for a cup, $2 for coffee, $1 for creamer, and 90 cents for sugar, which led him to vow never to return due to their rude behavior. The assistant manager, Rose, displays similar rudeness. She discriminates against customers and overcharges them. It's unjust how she tried to charge someone $1.67 for a cup when they were going to use it for a soda they purchased separately. Moreover, she bans homeless individuals from the store, regardless of whether they have money. I know Christina, the district manager, who apparently supports the store's discriminatory practices. This situation needs immediate attention to prevent further loss of business as many customers, myself included, refuse to come back unless action is taken promptly.
