On July 4, [redacted], I placed an order for the Rapid Lightening 30-Day Kit. When I called customer service on July 16, [redacted], to inquire about my order, I was informed that the product was on back order and expected to be available by 8/5. They mentioned that the charges were pending on my card. I expressed my disappointment at not being informed about the back order situation and requested to cancel my order. I also asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation. It was frustrating to encounter this level of service and lack of communication. Hopefully, the company can improve their processes for better customer experience.

I emailed to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but it has been two days with no response. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. Please cancel the following two orders immediately: 1. Order ID: #[redacted] Revitalixir Recovery Serum 2. Order ID: #[redacted] Renewing Eye Cream I am canceling with Murad skincare due to poor customer service.

I have been attempting to place an order for the past three weeks. I left messages with Kathy Rhoades several times and have also emailed her multiple times. I left messages at the [redacted] number as well, but have not received a response. I spoke with several members of your staff, but they were unable to direct me to the correct representative; at one point, I was given a fax number. Yesterday, I spoke with a representative at [redacted], and he assured me that I would receive an email or call back in 2-3 days. I have been a salon customer of Murad for 30 plus years and am concerned about the current level of customer service. I have noticed that Murad is now available at Cosmo Professional, but they have limited inventory and cannot order professional sizes. I hope to continue using Murad products as I believe they are the best on the market. You can reach me at [redacted]. I have contacted your company three times regarding my purchase of the Murad skin brightening kit for $[redacted].44 on April 7, [redacted]. Despite my efforts, I have not received a satisfactory response. Today, July 9, I spoke with Natalie in Florida, who informed me that your company does not support products purchased after 60 days, even though I reached out in May and June and received no response. As a 61-year-old, $[redacted].00 is a significant amount to spend on products that do not work, especially from a company that fails to assist customers. I am disappointed in your customer service and await a call from one of your managers regarding a refund for the ineffective products.
