I recently purchased a new Mt Baker Vapor. After carefully following the instructional booklet to assemble it, adding e-liquid, and ensuring the battery was charged, I pressed the button as instructed. Unfortunately, instead of the expected light, I heard a cracking sound and the glass component containing the e-liquid shattered, causing a mess. I am puzzled by what went wrong and would appreciate any insight or advice on this issue.

I recently ordered the Bradleys buy one get one free deal, but I received an email stating that all four items had been shipped and my credit card was charged. When I received the package on 10/27, there was only one bottle in it. After contacting customer service, I was informed that due to it being a third party, they would charge me $25.00 for just one bottle. This is not what I agreed to. I believe I ordered [redacted] ml for $50.00, and I feel misled by Mt Vapor's excuses about a computer issue. I have taken action by disputing the charges with my credit card company. I expect to receive the remaining [redacted] ml as per my initial order, or to be refunded $12.50. This kind of customer experience is disappointing and unprofessional. The misleading advertisement of a buy one get one free promotion, followed by inability to return the extra items, is unacceptable. If these terms were made clear from the start, I would have canceled my order. This is not the way a reputable business should operate.

I have been trying for over five days to contact MT Baker Vaper.com regarding my orders, and I am extremely frustrated. I have attempted to reach out via phone and email, but have received no response. Consequently, I have disputed all charges on my cards made to your company. It is unacceptable that no one has been available to assist me despite my numerous attempts. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money, leading to financial inconvenience and stress. I have even considered involving law enforcement due to the lack of communication and unfulfilled orders. This experience has been extremely distressing, and I demand an explanation from the owner regarding this situation. Sherri W.
