I recently tried to email you, unsure if it went through. I had ordered the DVD "On Her Majesty’s Secret Service" to replace a faulty one. Shortly after ordering, I realized my original DVD was now working and tried to cancel the order. Despite returning the unopened package to the post office, I was charged on my Discover card. I bought the DVD "Gun Fight at Comanche Creek" starring Audie Murphy from Barnes and Noble on 8/6/18 and received it on 8/16/18. Unfortunately, the disc is faulty and won't play properly, showing colored squares on the screen. Barnes and Noble provided instructions for a refund, but I would prefer an exchange for a working copy of the same movie. I have the packing slip and original envelope. I recently received the movie "Bob Marley Live at the Rainbow." Unfortunately, it is not compatible with my Blu-ray player, DVD player, or computer. All my other DVDs and Blu-rays work fine, so I believe the issue lies with this specific DVD. I would like to return it and receive a replacement. I recently ordered the "A Star is Born" DVD starring Streisand and Kristofferson from Amazon, but unfortunately, it was sent to my old address despite updating it on the order. Hello, my name is Caden. I recently purchased a DVD, "Ninja Scroll," from you via Amazon. Unfortunately, the DVD is not working in either of my Blu-ray players. I have reached out to Amazon's customer service, and they have provided me with a shipping label to return the item to you. They have mentioned that once I send the item back, you will issue a refund. However, in the return instructions on your website, it states that I need to contact customer service within 30 days of the shipping date to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for damaged or defective items. I am not inquiring about a return, but rather questioning the extended shipping time for my recent order. I purchased an album and a record player, and while the record player has shipped, the album has not. I was surprised to find out that the album won't arrive until after Christmas, which defeats the purpose of ordering both items together. I did not see this delayed shipping date when I placed the order. It's disheartening that she won't have the album to play when she receives the record player. My intention was for both items to be enjoyed simultaneously. If there is any way to expedite the shipping so that it arrives before Christmas, I would greatly appreciate it. I purchased two vinyl albums by The Story So Far (Under Dirt & Soil / What You Don’t See) on December 7th, [redacted]. The estimated delivery date was yesterday, December 23rd, [redacted], but they have not arrived yet. I contacted Walmart, and they directed me to reach out to you for assistance with this issue. My wife purchased the second season of the TV show Elementary from your company. Despite receiving it promptly, it was in German, a language we did not expect as it was not listed during the order. We have decided to order a new set from another company due to the additional costs of returning the German set. I hope this situation brought amusement to someone at your company, although we did not find it entertaining and will share our experience in a review for others to be aware of.

Hello, I’m Jay Fuller. I recently purchased the Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman Complete Series from Moviemars.com for my nephew. The DVDs I received on June 12, [redacted], are not compatible with his DVD player due to region code issues. Although I paid $50.31 for the order, my attempts to contact Moviemars.com at [redacted] have been unsuccessful as the number seems to be disconnected. I would appreciate a refund since the DVDs are not usable in the US and Canada's region code 1. Thank you.

I purchased the Maceo Parker vinyl album "Roots Revisited," but received "The Bremen Concert" instead. I decided to keep it and reordered "Roots Revisited," but received another "Bremen Concert" due to printer issues preventing me from printing the return label. I reordered "Roots Revisited" (the one with the saxophone cover) and received yet another "Bremen Concert." I need return labels for both incorrect orders. I still want "Roots Revisited" (with the saxophone cover) and will reorder it today, hoping to finally receive the correct item on my third attempt. I recently ordered a Grand Funk Railroad CD from your company, and I was disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. Upon receiving the order, I found the CD case to be broken as if it had been stepped on. I am requesting a replacement case that matches the clear one the CD originally came in, without the black plastic hinged case. I am surprised by the lack of follow-up or acknowledgment of my purchase, and I hope to receive better service in the future. I made an order on Wal-Mart.com assuming it would ship from them, but it turns out it's not. I mistakenly provided the wrong address. I generally use a Fed-Ex office address for Wal-Mart orders and my home address for others. Hence, I am in urgent need of canceling this order. I have submitted a cancellation request, and I don't want this CD by B'zz named "Get Down CD/[redacted]95" under Order #[redacted][redacted] delivered to the incorrect location.
