I have no current issues, but I have a suggestion to share. Many of us love the mixed berry applesauce cups and would appreciate having that flavor in larger family-sized jars. It would be fantastic if you could consider producing this variation. In the past, we used to enjoy large jars of apricot applesauce, but they are no longer available in stores. Please think about leveraging your expertise to offer family-sized jars in various applesauce flavors. Thank you for taking this into account. Kerry Blum

Good afternoon, I found a rock in my Mott's apple mango drink, which could have been dangerous if swallowed. I contacted customer service twice today, providing all the necessary details and images of the rock, receipt, and bottle. Although they took down my contact information and assured me of receiving coupons in 10 to 15 business days, I am disappointed that I did not receive the promised email for further communication. I have documented all interactions and details for reference. I kindly request a prompt email response. Thank you, Lisa.
