Hello, following my insurance contract, a courtesy vehicle was provided to me. When I contacted you by phone, you mentioned that I was entitled to it for a period of one month. However, the garage informed me that I needed to renew it on a weekly basis. I have attempted to reach you several times today, but unfortunately, I keep reaching the voicemail.
