In order to export to Excel smoothly from a comprehensive plan, I am seeking assistance to populate a field that displays the earliest start date and latest end date fetched from the timeline fields of the line items. In the Monday high-level dashboard, the timeline field appears accurately by choosing the earliest to latest option. However, upon export, the data shows a string with all the date ranges listed in one cell.

Our communications team functions as a hub for various departments within our organization, including Development/Fundraising, Programs/Clients, Volunteers, and Marketing. We utilize Monday.com to organize our workflow, with each department having its own workspace and boards. When other departments tag us in items on their boards, we then integrate that information into our Communications board for further action. For instance, if the Development team tags us in an item like "send out campaign direct mailer," we break it down into tasks on our Communication's board such as drafting, designing, reviewing, and sending out the mailer. We aim to streamline the process of receiving requests and collaborating on tasks across multiple departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and everything is consolidated in one central location.

I spoke with a representative at Monday.com regarding cancelling my subscription for a full refund. According to our chat transcript from 5/11, I was advised to cancel online and then contact support for the refund. After canceling, I encountered difficulties accessing my account and was only refunded a prorated amount. Unfortunately, I experienced issues such as inaccessibility and features not working properly. I am seeking the full refund that was initially promised to me.
