I purchased a close talker from Moe's at [redacted] N. Beltline Blvd Columbia SC [redacted] on 4/29 around 6 pm. Unfortunately, what I received was not worth nearly $13. I am a frequent customer of Moe's, and this order left me very disappointed. The close talker was supposed to include chicken and steak, but had no chicken and very little steak. Instead of the usual chopped lettuce base, it had only a small amount of shredded lettuce. Additionally, the dressing was not provided on the side as requested. To make matters worse, the cashier was exceptionally rude. Despite working in customer service myself, her behavior was inexcusable. She failed to greet me, was unresponsive when I asked how she was, and rudely rolled her eyes when I thanked her. I am deeply upset by the poor service and the disappointing quality of my order. I had a problem with a reward not being applied, and my wife experienced extremely rude service from the cashier. Despite requesting the shift manager's assistance, we were informed that nothing could be done as the payment had already gone through. The cashier blamed my wife for incorrectly scanning her app. The manager failed to address the situation or assist in any way, leading to a poor customer service experience. The lack of professionalism and failure to rectify the issue created unnecessary tension and inconvenience for everyone in line.

I was thrilled to discover that Moe's Southwest Grill products are now available at our local grocery store. Living in a small town surrounded by dairy farms in Wisconsin, it was a pleasant surprise to have access to Moe's here. However, upon opening a package of barbacoa beef, I was disappointed to find that half of the meat consisted of fat and gristle. This was confusing to me after watching an episode of Undercover Boss featuring the owner of Moe's, who appeared attentive to quality. I'm unsure if all products stocked in grocery stores are like this or if this was an isolated incident. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that the owner's integrity and care portrayed on the show are genuine. I had a terrible experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Irmo SC on lake Murray. I ordered Food for pick up on 6/9, and unfortunately, the food was dreadful. The rice was hard, there were jalapeños in my bowl which I didn't order, and the steak was undercooked. My order number was [redacted]53. Unless I receive a full refund on my card, I will be avoiding this establishment in the future. It was truly disappointing.

During a recent delivery to Moe's on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville, I encountered issues with missing items in my order. I spoke with the manager, Jimmy, about the problem, but unfortunately, he was very unprofessional and dismissive. Despite my concerns about missing items and the implications for the order accuracy, Jimmy failed to address the situation appropriately. In his response, he seemed to downplay the issue, especially regarding the absence of guacamole. I expected better customer service, especially given the clear discrepancy between the listed items and what was actually provided. Sadly, Jimmy's attitude and refusal to understand my perspective made it challenging to find a resolution. Hello, I'm uncertain about the serving sizes at Moe's. Today, I ordered a club quesadilla at my local Moe's, but I was disappointed by the lack of food on it. The chicken was sprinkled and spread thinly on the tortilla, followed by sparse amounts of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. I was charged a high price for this small portion. My partner and I recently dined at Moe’s in Lagrange, Georgia, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the service and the quality of the food. My dish was spoiled, and the chicken was undercooked, while my partner's meal seemed to be made with old grease and spoiled ingredients. I reached out to the store's manager or district manager, who assured me that free meals would be provided as compensation. When I returned after giving my stomach some time to recover, I was informed that my name wasn't on record, the manager wasn't aware of the situation, and the female manager in question couldn't be reached. I was then advised to contact Moe’s directly, but my calls went unanswered. After dealing with spoiled food, misinformation, and being overlooked, all I want is the complimentary meals I was promised.

I was eager to use my BOGO offer on my Moe's app. I ordered two bowls, one with chicken and one with steak. The staff member preparing my order was not generous with the meat, even though I always ask for extra and pay for it. The portion of cilantro rice I received seemed stale and clumped together like cold grits. When I asked for fresh rice, I was told they couldn't provide it as they needed to use all the rice in the container. Despite the quality issues, I proceeded with my order. At checkout, I had trouble redeeming my BOGO offer as the employee insisted I needed a scan code. After some back and forth, another staff member helped apply the discount. Store [redacted] Vero Beach, US. My girlfriend and I are regulars at this establishment. On Valentine's Day around 8 pm, we had dinner and noticed that the store was unkempt, with dirty tables and not many customers. I politely informed the young lady at the counter about the dirty tables. Instead of addressing it, she mentioned that it wasn't her responsibility. Additionally, both ice machines were empty, and the restrooms were in poor condition, with one out of order. Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed with the staff and the general appearance of the store. Moe's is one of my favorite spots, even compared to more expensive dining options. In the future, please ensure that the staff displays better customer service and takes pride in maintaining a pleasant environment. Thank you for your attention.

During a family lunch at the restaurant, a situation occurred where a customer's purse went missing. After some discussion, it was discovered that one of the employees had the purse all along. The incident made me feel embarrassed and humiliated, ruining the dining experience that cost $54.65. I suggested checking security cameras, and later the purse was found. I made an online order today at the Garner location. Prior to going, I checked their reviews, but decided to give it a try since it was the closest Moe's to me. When I arrived at 7:42pm, a young man brought my order out for curbside pickup. Only 3-4 minutes away from home, when I opened my bag, the bowl felt light and the food was cold, with unmelted cheese and stale rice indicating it was likely made earlier in the day. There were only small pieces of chicken with unwanted jalapeños. This experience was disappointing as I've visited other Moe's locations in the area without any issues until now.

This is my third attempt to complain about the food I purchased. The pinto beans were tough, the chicken was overcooked and lacked taste. By driving over 98 miles from Predton, MS to Jackson, MS, I expected a delicious dinner for myself and my mother-in-law. I ordered a Close Talker, but it came with hardly any ground beef, a large bed of lettuce, and no dressing. The Joey sandwich was dry and bland, and the cup of queso I got was wasted since the dry burrito was inedible. I still have half of the burrito and most of the queso in my refrigerator. This experience left me disappointed and upset. I've never encountered such issues at any Moe's in Atlanta before. This visit has turned me off from Moe's in Mississippi.

Hello, my name is Erica. I visited one of your Moes locations today in Enterprise, Alabama. I observed the General Manager repeatedly criticizing a young black woman while she was sweeping the floor. While I understand the need for supervisors to ensure staff are performing well, I found the manager's behavior to be inappropriate. She interrupted the young woman multiple times while she was working. Additionally, the GM's comments like "hard work isn't going to hurt you" and "a black girl doing a white girl's job" were concerning and could be seen as discriminatory. Given the current climate and sensitivity around racial issues in the US, having a manager with such attitudes is not ideal. I hope this feedback is addressed promptly. The young woman's name is Racheal, and she struck me as a dedicated and hardworking employee who deserves an apology.

Every time I order from Moe's, they make my food wrong. Today was the last straw. I ordered online from the Lagrange GA store around 4:00 to 4:30, but they hadn't even started making the food when I arrived. I ordered 2 tacos, a stack, and a burrito all with white meat chicken. After waiting about 15 minutes for my order, I discovered that none of the items had white meat chicken as requested. I couldn't even identify the meat in the food. It was unacceptable, especially when my child found something in her taco that wasn't chicken. I spent around $30 on food that no one would eat. As a single mom living 30 minutes away from the nearest Moe's, I couldn't return the food. I have photos of the disappointing meat in the taco and all the untouched food that ended up in the trash. I would like a refund for my order. Feel free to keep the rewards I earned from this purchase because I won't be returning to Moe's.

On Monday, June 29th, we decided to get curbside takeout from the Moe's location in Camillus, NY. This was only the second time we had gotten takeout since the Covid-19 crisis began in March, as we recently started feeling more comfortable with it. We specifically chose Moe's because of their curbside service, as I am 8 months pregnant and we try to avoid going inside places whenever possible. We had no issues placing the order online, but upon arrival, we waited 25 minutes in the designated curbside spot, trying to call the provided number with no response. Even the customer service line was closed after 7pm, so my husband went inside the location to inquire about our order. The staff member mentioned their phone might be broken and directed us to our order without an apology. Despite understanding that unforeseen issues can arise, the lack of communication and service was disappointing, especially during these times when customers prefer contactless options. We have been loyal Moe's customers and hope this incident can be addressed so we can continue to enjoy their food in the future.
