A few days ago, I lost access to my website, established over 15 years ago through Mochahost in [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to reach them via phone or email*. Visit www.comicbookguy.com, where I'm unable to contact Mochahost, leaving me locked out of my account. To regain access, they require the email address used during the account setup ([redacted]), which I haven't used in over a decade. Moreover, they are requesting credit card details I haven't used in ten years, creating a frustrating deadlock. I only receive automated emails prompting me for old email and credit card information. Despite sending my Driver's license, they now wish to send an invoice for unspecified reasons, adding to the confusion.
