Two months ago, I experienced poor network connection issues and reported them to the Milan store. They mentioned a work order number had already been established by others. Despite attempts to fix the problem, it persisted, fluctuating between no signal, 1x, 3G, and LTE after phone restarts. A provisional fix improved the situation temporarily. However, after three weeks, the problem resurfaced. When I revisited the store, Josh seemed unaware of the network's condition and initiated another work order. Two and a half weeks later, the problem worsened considerably. During a follow-up call to the store, Josh's response was dismissive, and I was unsatisfied with his customer service. When contacting support at Mobile Nation, they acknowledged the issues but couldn't find an active work order for the network problem. I'm troubled by the lack of progress and uncertain about the next steps to resolve my network connectivity problem.
