Hello, We have two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim split systems at our home that were purchased nearly 12 years ago. These units were primarily used in the drawing room and guest room, so they were not heavily utilized. Recently, both units have been experiencing the same issue where the remote control is not functioning. We are unable to adjust the temperature and have resorted to manually turning them on by pressing the inner button after opening the shutter. The problem becomes more problematic during power outages as we need to repeat this process frequently. When we reached out to the dealers, they informed us that this model is outdated and they cannot provide assistance with replacing or repairing the remote control. We kindly request personal attention to this matter to help us resolve the issue. We are reluctant to replace these units as they perform well, and we have not encountered any other problems. Looking forward to your response. Regards

In the fall of [redacted], we decided to upgrade our home by installing two Mitsubishi 1 TON heat pump A/C units, replacing our old propane furnace/electric A/C system. One unit was set up on the 1st floor, and the other on the 2nd floor. Recently during the summer, a noise coming from the crawl space has been noticed intermittently while the A/C runs. The noise, occurring every 45 minutes, starts with a low hum and then escalates to a low to high revving sound lasting 5-10 seconds. Despite this noise, the units work well, except for struggles in maintaining the desired temperature. I contacted the installation company, and they suspect a faulty thermostat on the 1st floor might be causing the noise. They are in the process of ordering a replacement part. I'm concerned about any potential damage the A/C units might sustain while we wait for the repair.

I am seeking the contact information for the Service Head or General Manager of Customer Service regarding a complaint about the non-adherence to standard operating procedures during the installation of air conditioners. I would appreciate receiving the contact details of your General Manager of Customer Service. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this issue to the Consumer Courts under the Consumer Protection Act. I am prepared to take this matter further on social media and in print media if necessary. I kindly request the contact information to proceed with sharing my concerns. Thank you.
