Subject: Difficulty with Father's Day Gift Subscription
My husband's daughter and her family gifted him a subscription for Father's Day, but he is not comfortable navigating websites. I am assisting him in starting the subscription but encountered an issue during the payment step. Since this was a gift, we are puzzled by the request for payment information. The gift subscription was given by Nikki Appel and Melinda Daniels to John Appel at [redacted] I am Hannah Appel at [redacted] and prefer to be the contact person for any communication. Your prompt clarification on this matter would be highly appreciated.
In the past, John and I have also gifted subscriptions to Nikki Appel in Brooklyn, NY. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.
