I received a semi-confirmation letter from my hosts in Gateau, Ontario, Canada, a city across the river from Ottawa, the capital of Canada.
I'm experiencing issues with replying to their additional questions due to an error message with no details being displayed when attempting to send the email.
How can I get in touch with my hosts?
Fortunately, my hosts tried reaching out again later, and the reply feature was back in working order. The booking was successfully completed for the second half of my Canadian trip, but there were moments of worry. However, with some patience, the issue got resolved within a few hours. Our initial hosts declined the reservation, and we switched to Mister B&B. Within 24 hours, the new reservation was confirmed, making things seem well.
There was a slight hiccup regarding a "declined" credit card, attributed to a potential data entry error, though the exact cause remains uncertain. Clarification came after a lengthy conversation with the bank's security department. As of now, everything appears to be on track.

Ho prenotato due camere con due host diversi a Napoli dal 23 al 25 aprile. Il secondo host ha trattenuto denaro dalla mia carta di credito, ma finora non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Napoli è piena e trovare un posto è difficile. Trovo molto sgradevole il fatto di trattenere denaro prima di confermare la disponibilità delle camere. During our anniversary vacation, we chose this place for a romantic evening. Upon checking in, we found the room to be nice and clean, but the lack of privacy was immediately noticeable. There was another guest right outside our door. After dinner, returning to the room, we could hear conversations from the main part of the house very clearly. This lack of privacy made us uncomfortable; we feel unable to have any intimacy or even talk above a whisper. Paying $[redacted].00 for this experience feels like a waste when we expected a more private setting, as advertised on the site.

I recently submitted a booking request at Scenic Farmhouse in Prince Edward Island, located in Rustico with Host Zack. I quickly canceled the request within 24 hours, but the host approved it shortly after, resulting in a charge. The host advised me to cancel it once again. However, after spending over 15 minutes navigating your site, I am unable to locate the cancellation option. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing this cancellation, following the host's agreement as evidenced in our messages. I hope this can be resolved promptly as I do not wish to incur any charges.
