I visited the Liberty License Bureau yesterday to renew my truck tags and license my newly acquired motorcycle. Unfortunately, I initially forgot the motorcycle paperwork but successfully renewed my truck tags. While there, I inquired about the motorcycle licensing costs, and they estimated the fees. I returned promptly with the necessary cycle paperwork within 45 minutes. After paying the sales tax, title fee, license tag fee, and service charge, the clerk informed me they had no motorcycle tags available and advised me to go to another office with my receipt to receive the tag. Due to work, I had my wife take the receipt to the Gladstone office, where she was asked to present all the paperwork, contrary to what I was told. I currently have the paperwork, riding without a license until resolved. It would have been helpful if the Liberty office had communicated the tag shortage earlier and provided accurate information to avoid the inconvenience caused to both my wife and me. Training may be beneficial for the Liberty office staff to prevent such issues in the future.

I lost my wallet, including my driver's license. I visited the DMV to replace it but couldn't do so without a picture ID, as I no longer have a passport. Even though I have my social security card, it was laminated 20 years ago for security. The local DMV said I needed a photo ID to get a new license. Despite being 73 and disabled, presenting my birth certificate, adoption papers, and work records with tax filings wasn't enough to replace the license. I tried getting a new social security card, but was denied due to the lamination affecting the watermark. I sent all my documents to the social security office but haven't received a response. Without a license, I can't even update my car registration. I've been trying hard to become legal but without success. The government has no issue with me paying taxes, yet I can't legally drive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gary T. [redacted]

I am facing a frustrating situation with a vehicle I purchased for resale. A [redacted] Chevy Blazer was acquired, but before I could work on it, health issues arose. Regrettably, my former girlfriend took advantage of my situation, transferring the title and licensing it in her name without my consent. Despite numerous witnesses confirming the original purchase, she refuses to return it. I suspect fraudulent activities in the swift title transfer process, as she is under parole in Missouri. My attempts to reclaim the vehicle have been met with resistance and potential attempts to conceal or harm the vehicle. Any guidance on the appropriate steps to regain ownership of the Chevy Blazer would be greatly appreciated.

I need a DHS worker to submit the paperwork to the Social Security office, regarding my disability benefits. My name is Philip Gregory, and I need the $[redacted] to be added back to my disability check. I earn $10,[redacted] annually, and I am eligible to receive that money back. Please assist in getting this resolved by sending the necessary documents to Social Security. There seems to be an issue with deductions that need to be fixed, especially since I rely on this support due to my disability. I have faced financial challenges and need help navigating these matters. I prefer communication via phone or traditional mail rather than emails. Kindly inform me in advance if a virtual meeting is necessary. Thank you for your assistance.

Yesterday, March 14, [redacted], I visited the DMV office at [redacted] Gravois, MO. While waiting at the Gravois office, a DMV employee, referred to as a black employee, asked customers to leave and refused to give out waiting numbers. An elderly man using a walker was asked to wait outside along with another woman, while chairs were available inside. This treatment could be seen as discrimination against disabled citizens and may lead to legal action for unequal treatment at the DMV. Furthermore, the black employee was observed using her cell phone to record license plate information and attempted to collect customers' cell phones. Given the nature of these incidents, I am in the process of filing a report to address these violations at the DMV and ensure that all employees adhere to the proper procedures.

I visited the Blue Springs DMV today, [redacted], to register my new car and get a new license plate. The process was smooth since I had all the necessary documents. When I got home and reviewed the vehicle title and registration receipts, I noticed that our last name was misspelled by the clerk. I returned immediately and requested a new receipt to correct the error, but the clerk said she would only amend the title. I'm concerned whether this will cause issues when selling, registering, or paying property taxes for the vehicle in the future. Would it be best to have a corrected receipt as well?

I believe I am not the only one encountering issues with the employees at the Washington Missouri DMV. Each visit I make is consistently unpleasant. A little courteousness towards customers would make their job much more enjoyable. Having run successful businesses myself, I know firsthand that mistreating clients would spell disaster. It baffles me why they can't be more kind and supportive. Their demands sometimes feel as obscure as needing Godzilla's shoe size, leaving me puzzled about where to find such information. When I express uncertainty about providing certain documents, it would be helpful if they could assist in locating them, considering their expertise. The rotating staff suggests there may be underlying reasons for the turnover. A Customer Service Supervisor observing their interactions for a month would likely reveal the need for significant improvement, possibly even immediate dismissals.

In March [redacted], I purchased a [redacted] Jeep Grand Wagoneer from Earth Motors in Carrollton, TX. They provided me with a clean title to bring to the bank. I later discovered that there is a lien on the vehicle held by Alliance Bank. When attempting to trade it in at a dealer in Gaithersburg, MD, I was informed that the car was totaled in [redacted] and should have a salvage title. I suspect that Earth Motors sold me the car with a deceptive title and failed to disclose its history. Despite my attempts, I have not received a response from Earth Motors. I am seeking a refund for this transaction. I am requesting a title history check to verify if the car was indeed salvaged. The VIN# is 1J4GS587XMP803834. Thank you, Joel.
