I bought a Miracle Ear less than a year ago, but one of them has been making a loud noise constantly. I understand some noise is normal, but this one is significantly louder than the other. When I mentioned it to the salesman, he claimed it was supposed to make that noise, which doesn't make sense since the other ear doesn't. Initially, I was thrilled with the hearing aid and even recommended it to a friend who now wants one for her husband. I'm concerned because the salesman sold me two when he mentioned that my right ear was almost completely deaf. Being on a tight budget, I feel like I was misled. I would appreciate it if the excessively noisy one could be replaced. Thank you, Mary.

Around three months ago, I brought a hearing aid to the Sebastian office for repair, quoting $[redacted] for the service. Recently, my wife obtained new insurance that covers her new hearing aids. Returning to the office for the previously dropped-off hearing aid's mold, they claimed no record of it. This seems quite disorganized on Miracle Air's part. I feel they should, at the very least, provide the mold for the right ear hearing aid I left at the Sebastian office.
