My insurance provider is denying payment for Minimed Distribution Corp's claim dated 11/27/[redacted]. They state that the claim was not applied towards my deductible due to a limit on the number of test strips allowed. The insurance company requires a specific diagnosis code indicating insulin dependence for coverage of more than [redacted] test strips per 30 days. It seems Minimed has not billed the claim with the necessary information, leading to multiple mischarges and confusion regarding the $[redacted] deductible. The insurer claims the deductible has not been settled, resulting in improper billing on our end due to their actions.

I urgently need a replacement for my sensors. One of the sensors malfunctioned yesterday, leaving me with only one left. I am currently under medical care with antibiotics and have been dealing with an abscess. The previous replacements are not working well, and I am supposed to receive new ones by 7/5 but will be on vacation. I need additional replacements within the next 5 days. As a long-time user of Metronic Mini Med products, I request immediate attention from a supervisor. Please address this situation promptly. Thank you.
